The doctors are always really professional and helpful. I find the open surgery 9am-10am particularly helpful, as it allows me to walk in with my dog, without the need of any booking.

Run and staffed by the most enthusiastic group of caring and genuine professionals in the business. I realised in adulthood that my career choice should have been down the Veterinary route, unfortunately that boat has sailed, however, working in a surgery such as Vets on WHL would have been what I would have aspired to do. We have a very stubborn rescue beagle with a difficult past, we get more nervous than she does as her behaviour in such a setting is very unpredictable; every member of staff has been sensitive to this and have seen past her as a problem and have treated her superbly, kindly and have helped her enjoy her trips to the surgery. Everyone there seemingly loves doing what they do, this is evident on how they manage their patients and clients. Always helpful from ailments to insurance and paperwork.

We travel for 30 minutes each way just to see Simon & Katy!
By far the best vets around.
Honest, helpful, kind, caring and many many other nice words!
