We promise to do all we can to provide your pet with the best possible care and to make sure that you always receive friendly advice and support. We're so committed to this, we've put our Client and Patient Charter Pledges on the wall of our clinics.
Did you know, Medivet is actually a big community of vets, nurses and other professionals, giving you access to a great wealth of facilities and expertise? We're so committed to continuity of care across all our branches that we've made sure that the notes we have on all animals is available at all of our branches, all the time, via our high-tech, specially developed computer systems.
We promise that there will always be a veterinary surgeon available to look after your animal, day or night. We even have special 24-hour clinics in some areas, where vets and nurses are on duty all day and all night, every day of the year. These are our 24hr Continuous Care and Emergency Centres.
We volunteer to have all our clinics regulated by our governing body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Their Practice Standards Scheme ensures a consistently high standard of care, equipment and facilities for all our patients. Look out for the certificate awarded to your local practice, proudly on display!

Each time I have called and visited Medivet Battersea the customer service has been excellent. I've had to cancel a few appointments last min as my cat is quite tricky to get into his carrier, each time they've been really patient and understanding. The vet that treated my cat was really lovely too. I feel completely confident with this surgery and any future treatment for my cat will be done here. Thank you Medivet Battersea!

Highly recommended my Cat Maya loves the place, they are all so welcoming and professional, my cat has allergy problems and they are always on hand to give advice and if necessary first class veterinary treatment. There is no doubt your animal will be in the best place if you visit this clinic.

We have been with MDV Battersea a of years now and always had excellent service, Miha and the team are always good to talk too and explain information easily we lost our GSD Max last year to cancer and whilst it was a tough time I'm so glad we were with Battersea.
We now have a new challenge "Oscar" our rescue from All Dogs Matter x breed he's great and hopefully all will be well after his urine infection followed by castration.

I have been with medivet risedale for in excess of 10 years. I cannot rate them high enough for being friendly or caring. Their extremely helpful and they go that extra mile on many occasions. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and sadly I had to say goodbye to her in 2015. To her the vets was her second home and she loved going there. The whole process of saying goodbye was extremely hard but to their credit all the staff were brilliant in what was a very sad day and I know that they care so passionately about all the animals that cross their threshold. I now have another dog who I rescued and was nervous but after a couple of visits she now loves going there too. I consider myself very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after my babies because that's exactly what they are and I am never worried about leaving them there because I know they will always look after them as if they were their own. So Risedale. Kyumi Nicola Steph Sarah Rachael you are all awesome and do a brilliant job. I know you will always keep up the good work. Thankyou.

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.

My dog Molly had treatment in the Carpenders park branch for a lump on her eye, she had it removed all seemed good regarding payment from the insurance then I was asked for 54.74 extra, why I asked when I was covered and had paid my excess of 80, it seemed they went for a very expensive HISTOLOGY test rather than the 62.98, rather than asking me if this was alright they tried to get it of my insurers, and they said they will not cover it, as it was unnecessary. I then had a nasty letter from Medivet saying this can't continue, and payment had to be made !!!!!!!! , I had never received a letter from then about any money, so I rang the branch at Carpenders Park and asked what was going on, the receptionist took the message and said she will look into it, nothing happened, so a week later went it there and asked what was happening, she took a message and said she will get back to me, again nothing, then Anna was on holiday so another message was left, why should I pay extra money for something that was NOT neccary and no one at this branch knew why it was charged, was unhappy and think I will be taking my 2 dogs elsewhere for treatment as I feel the trust has gone which is a shame as I have been going there for 6 years Not happy at all, I know you have to make money but really

I have been using this Veterinary practice for 16 years and I find them to be the best in the area. I have always received an exemplary service from the team. There knowledge is faultless, my dogs have always received the best medical care and have always return to good healthy rapidly even with ongoing issues. It is easy to make an appointment at short notice and the staff have continually been incredibly accommodating, compassionate and thorougher .

Dr. Miha and his team are the first ever vets which I have fully trusted. They have saved my dogs life on a couple of occasions - one an early diagnosis of pancreatitis which didn't even show in his initial blood tests. They always take the time to fully explain everything to us and always give us a series of options and prices. My dog - who has always feared trips to the vets before - literally barks with excitement every time we walk past the vets and wants to come in to say hi to the team. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have never completed a google review before but felt so strongly compelled to do so due to the outstanding care my Border Terrier, Bramble has received.
During his routine annual check up, Medivet (Battersea) detected a life threatening condition, D.K.A. After 3 weeks of intensive care, he came home. Since that time, he has needed constant daily treatment and medication. He then went blind. Medivet referred him to the leading opthamologist in the South of England who holds one surgery a week in Hyde Park. His sight was restored and he has 90% vision back. Since that time, I have had to call on them frequently and Bramble was back in hospital last week. They are outstanding! I am so pleased with their care, their after hours support, their updates, their professionalism and most importantly, their skill. The team at Battersea have quite simply saved Bramble's life, saved his sight and saved my best friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Louise Raynshaw

I must share my experience with everyone. I have lived in Battersea for the last 10 years and have just recently changed vets to Medivet Battersea as they were recommended by a friend of mine. I did so a year ago and have never regretted it!
They are so friendly, professional and helpful. ALWAYS with a smile, even when we are a bit grumpy towards them (quite the opposite compared to one of the other very well known clinics near by). They are not cheap but I rather pay more as the saying you pay for what you get proves true at Medivet Battersea!!!!
I recommend them to anyone that is thinking of getting a new pet or is dissatisfied with their current vet! They are fabulous!

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.

Just been told by Coventry branch I can not have another prescription for my dog to send off to on line vet as it is 1/3 the price without them seeing my dog first, and charging me about 50 for a check up, but can buy the medication at the practice at top price without seeing the vet, what a rip off

My dog Molly had treatment in the Carpenders park branch for a lump on her eye, she had it removed all seemed good regarding payment from the insurance then I was asked for 54.74 extra, why I asked when I was covered and had paid my excess of 80, it seemed they went for a very expensive HISTOLOGY test rather than the 62.98, rather than asking me if this was alright they tried to get it of my insurers, and they said they will not cover it, as it was unnecessary. I then had a nasty letter from Medivet saying this can't continue, and payment had to be made !!!!!!!! , I had never received a letter from then about any money, so I rang the branch at Carpenders Park and asked what was going on, the receptionist took the message and said she will look into it, nothing happened, so a week later went it there and asked what was happening, she took a message and said she will get back to me, again nothing, then Anna was on holiday so another message was left, why should I pay extra money for something that was NOT neccary and no one at this branch knew why it was charged, was unhappy and think I will be taking my 2 dogs elsewhere for treatment as I feel the trust has gone which is a shame as I have been going there for 6 years Not happy at all, I know you have to make money but really

Disgusted willing to charge a pensioner nearly a thousand pounds for a beloved cat with no alternative advice when all the cat did was sprain his back leg they were willing to do every single test going, hence before their lovely warm foreign holiday with no thought to how my father was going to struggle, not one single bit of advice given accept from receptionist " well I hope he can pay" licience to print money vets, with no sincere help.

I have been using this Veterinary practice for 16 years and I find them to be the best in the area. I have always received an exemplary service from the team. There knowledge is faultless, my dogs have always received the best medical care and have always return to good healthy rapidly even with ongoing issues. It is easy to make an appointment at short notice and the staff have continually been incredibly accommodating, compassionate and thorougher .

The costumer care is excellent and Miha's knowledge and interest in the wellbeing of my pets is great. I feel informed and very involved in the decisions regarding the medical treatment of my pets. The team work of all the guys at the Battersea Branch makes the experience of having to deal with a sick pet less stressful and assures me that my dogs are in the best hands.

Dr. Miha and his team are the first ever vets which I have fully trusted. They have saved my dogs life on a couple of occasions - one an early diagnosis of pancreatitis which didn't even show in his initial blood tests. They always take the time to fully explain everything to us and always give us a series of options and prices. My dog - who has always feared trips to the vets before - literally barks with excitement every time we walk past the vets and wants to come in to say hi to the team. I cannot recommend them enough.

MEDIVET SAVED MY DOG's LIFE
I have never completed a google review before but felt so strongly compelled to do so due to the outstanding care my Border Terrier, Bramble has received.
During his routine annual check up, Medivet (Battersea) detected a life threatening condition, D.K.A. After 3 weeks of intensive care, he came home. Since that time, he has needed constant daily treatment and medication. He then went blind. Medivet referred him to the leading opthamologist in the South of England who holds one surgery a week in Hyde Park. His sight was restored and he has 90% vision back. Since that time, I have had to call on them frequently and Bramble was back in hospital last week. They are outstanding! I am so pleased with their care, their after hours support, their updates, their professionalism and most importantly, their skill. The team at Battersea have quite simply saved Bramble's life, saved his sight and saved my best friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Louise Raynshaw

I must share my experience with everyone. I have lived in Battersea for the last 10 years and have just recently changed vets to Medivet Battersea as they were recommended by a friend of mine. I did so a year ago and have never regretted it!
They are so friendly, professional and helpful. ALWAYS with a smile, even when we are a bit grumpy towards them (quite the opposite compared to one of the other very well known clinics near by). They are not cheap but I rather pay more as the saying you pay for what you get proves true at Medivet Battersea!!!!
I recommend them to anyone that is thinking of getting a new pet or is dissatisfied with their current vet! They are fabulous!
