An excellent team who are kind, honest, compassionate and supportive. A few months ago a friend’s senior dog was attacked, leaving him with an horrendous break in his leg and some very difficult wounds to manage. We were seen with less than five minutes notice and straight into consult as we entered to a team waiting and ready to help. He’s since recovered extremely well despite some speed bumps, thanks to the amazing crew here and at TLAH. My own dog is incredibly fearful o...f Vets after some previous health issues and mishandling from another practice. Guy & Annmarie, in particular handle my dog’s needs with great attention to detail, with minimal handling to help reduce stress combined with lots of treat reassurance (bribery), resulting in a much more comfortable experience to my boy, he’s hard to manage, but unlike previous vets we’ve seen, Guy consults with calm communication and a whole world of patience to help build new trust with my pup. With my own experience working hands on in the veterinary sector, I am so very proud to call Cuffe Vets my home practice and would recommend them to anybody. Sadly I too feel the customer service has gone down hill. My cat was called for a routine appointment and vaccinations. I attended the appointment to find yet another new vet who I did not know and did not introduce herself. She knew nothing about my cat and I had to help her with the notes as she did not seem to understand them. My cat is old but does not have complicated health matters. The vet disappeared from the room for about 15 minutes leaving with no explanation. A nurse came in who told me the vet was drawing up a vaccine. Eventually the vet returned and said there had run out of vaccinations. I asked her whether that had taken 15 minutes to ascertain and she said no but she had been looking at another animal who needed to be discharged! Meanwhile I was left in the room where the medicine cabinet was open which I felt was neglectful. The vet then told me that there was going to be a delivery of vaccinations on Monday and that they would come and vaccinate my cat - time to be arranged. I rang to organise the vet's visit and was told by the male receptionist that actually they did not know when the vaccines would be delivered so could not make an appointment. He said we have apologised so basically shut up! In my view the management of the practice is questionable if they cannot even stock the most basic cat vaccinations and ask cats to come in knowing they do not hold the necessary medicines. Also I would like to know the details of new vets and be told their qualifications and experience and hope that they can understand notes from other vets. Every time I go I see yet another new vet............. Read Less

David Cuffe & Associates, or CuffeVets, is an excellent vet with really high levels of staffing and expertise. We came to an open day and were surprised by the variety of equipment and range of procedures available, you wouldn't believe how far back it goes. Best vet I have ever been to (and I have seen lots on the last 25 years!). Such friendly and competent staff, always going the extra mile - not your ordinary vet. Can only recommend.

David Cuffe & Associates, or CuffeVets, is an excellent vet with really high levels of staffing and expertise. We came to an open day and were surprised by the variety of equipment and range of procedures available, you wouldn't believe how far back it goes. Compared to other practices this is more like a hospital and they seem to have the staff numbers to match. Very pleased to live so close to a family owned and run business, David is lovely as are all the staff, nothing is ever a problem when we've asked. Read Less

Having recently moved to Parsons Green. My Labrador was in need of some serious treatment, after searching around the Fulham area for a good vets, but being constantly let down by poor customer service, I was recommended David Cuffe & Associates, and they have by far given me the best service for what I consider a very reasonable cost. Not only are they friendly, but the unbiased advice has been more than appreciated and usefulI have recommended them now to a few other dog owners in the Fulham area and they have not been let down. I whole heartedly recommend David Cuffe & Associates to anyone who really loves their animal(s).Read Less
