I've come to the conclusion that Jäger pretends he's injured or ill just to visit his favourite place, they accept that he's raw fed ( rare to have that accepted) they never try and force other food ...
I've come to the conclusion that Jäger pretends he's injured or ill just to visit his favourite place, they accept that he's raw fed ( rare to have that accepted) they never try and force other food onto him, staff always very friendly and always remember Jägers name and accept his over generous kisses and cuddles and finally we can always get an appointment then get a courtesy call the next day to see hows he's doing, thank you

Refused treatment because expected money upfront (large amount) and its was an emergency. Asked to go ahead insurance will cover but yet still refused. When I made a complaint, there response was:

Refused treatment because expected money upfront (large amount) and its was an emergency. Asked to go ahead insurance will cover but yet still refused. When I made a complaint, there response was:
“We cannot carry any more debt. The bank won't allow us to. We have loans and owe them money.”...
What has that got to do with me? I am their customer and should be treated as such and not their gold donkey.
Won’t be going there again if they are only interested in money instead saving a life even if it’s “just a dog”!
Vets should take animals in distress priority rather the money issues.

As a client Claire has taken absolutely amazing care and attention to our dog Sciutto. As an older veterinary student working at the clinic both Claire and Rebecca as well as the rest of the team at Zasman Vet Crouch End were incredibly knowledgable. At the time I was preparing for my final exams as well as fulfilling my school requirements of working in clinic. They were so gracious and enthusiastic to answer all my questions I had (and I had a lot of them). The experience there was an absolute pleasure. I look forward to continue to learn from them. I would highly recommend the team there.

Everyone is so friendly at this vet, the staff are all approachable, knowledgable and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My cat Jax had a lump on her lip I was really worried about, and it turned out to be cancer.. But they dealt with it straight away, they had it gone that day, I couldn't believe it. My Jax is so much happier now. Seriously, I've been to a lot of Vets, but they really treated me well.

Do not go to this Vet!!! I made the biggest mistake taking my dog there and because of it my dog died. The main veterinarian Claire Demmer has absolutely no knowledge or the right qualification, I have no idea how shes even allowed to work as a vet, she should be disqualified and dismissed. When i took my dog there for consultations i spend a lot of money and all i ever got was, i don't know whats wrong with him , i have no clue, what do you think?! How can you be a vet and see a dogs bleeding and you ask me and not give me any answers or suggestions of what it could be and what to do? Because of that I wasted valuable time, as she did not at any point say look we have to take this serious and do an examination & take swabs etc...She did not let me know of anything & made me believe my dog was OK. By the time it was too late i did research on the internet to my dogs condition and straight away found out exactly whats wrong with him & saw she should've had told me about MOTs and done various tests. "But she did nothing and knew nothing!" So i turned out to have more knowledge than her just by reading up on google for a few days and shes supposed to be a veterinarian?!! TERRIBLE! When i went to a specialist vet they confirmed what i had found out about my dogs condition and said the same about the fact Claire shoud've had suggested to do tests and had send me for a MOT straight away. If i didn't spend all my savings to save my dog and had the money i would be suing Zasman Vet now! Please if u want your pet to be taken care of do not go there!!!

I found every member of staff to be caring and compassionate and all of the clinics uphold extremely high standards of professionalism. I would definitely recommend Zasman Vets to anyone who appreciates friendly customer service and excellent health care for their pets.

As a client Claire has taken absolutely amazing care and attention to our dog Sciutto. As an older veterinary student working at the clinic both Claire and Rebecca as well as the rest of the team at Zasman Vet Crouch End were incredibly knowledgable.
