Took one of my two cats in as her anti rabies jab was expiring the day we were supposed to travel out of the country. Lucy was checked and weighted, but no vet could sign and stamp the passport. I had to return 3 days later or they would post it. I went back with my other cat, also to be checked and have her passport signed and stamped 4 days later. I was asked to bring in the first cat as they had to weigh her and check her again. I told the vet that I did not think it'd be necessary as she was weighted 4 days prior to my second visit. Well, the other vet did not record her weight .. perhaps she forgot? I told the vet that I remember it was in the region of 4 kg. The vet then wrote 4.2 kg and she signed her off as being fit to travel even though the cat was in the box the whole time and was never checked nor weighted. Afew hours after I got back home I had a nagging feeling that something wasn't right. I checked the Export Health Certificate and to my horror the sex of one of the cats was filled out as UNKNOWN..UNKNOWN?? What the heck??? A vet who cannot identify whether a cat is F or M.. are we serious? Not only that, Neither of the two export certificates had the ID microchip number typed in. Where on earth am I supposed to fly with a cat whose gender is unknown and no microchip details which are essential when travelling abroad? I called the surgery and after explaining the situation all I got was "I don't know, I don't know". I was then put on hold for 14 minutes.I eventually disconnected the call. Called straight back and someone else answered the phone. Same "I don't know" response. Finally, I was told that the vet was going to prepare two new Export Health Certs with the missing details and that they would be ready for collection. I was adamant that the certificates would be sent to me by courier. Firstly denied, the request was subsequently accepted. It is now 10 pm and still no sign of the courier. I paid 312 pounds for both certificates. I spent thousands of pounds flying my cats around the world, including Indonesia and Thailand, but the customer service as well as the competence I had the misfortune to be subjected to at this surgery was never experienced before. Absolutely abhorrent service. I am actually feeling disgusted and sick. Do not bother replying on line for everyone to see, you had every chance to call me back, but you decided not to. Read Less

I never write reviews, but I feel that I need to write this one. I have a Miniature Schnauzer named Zoey. When I first moved to Dulwich and needed a Vet Clinic I was considering this clinic bcs it is close to my house, but at the same time I was not so sure about it due to a bad review that I read here. I am extremely "picky" about veterinarians. I am in London for 6 months and I already tried 4 of them! This Clinic was the only one that provided me with the best service at the best price. Their prices are the average price and actually, comparing with other clinics around here, it is still slightly cheaper. I usually pay around 30 for the appointment plus a few extra pounds for the medicines, which comparing with other veterinarians, it is quite good. The receptionist is very helpful and polite (I am speaking about the male receptionist! The woman is not that "smiley" but she tries to be helpful nonetheless). The veterinary is also very attentive and polite and they all provided me with great service. I must say that after my experience at this Vet I can only say that the person who wrote the only bad review here either caught them on a really bad day, or just is one of those people who thinks that they need some sort of special treatment all the time. I would recommend this clinic to a friend. (Sorry for some of the spealling mistakes but English is not my 1st language :) Read Less
