But if your pet should need treatment then you can expect excellent veterinary treatment where they will always look at options and not just dive in with most expensive. I went here after speaking to the receptionist as I found her so helpful and friendly. I was very worried about one of my Cats, she had lost alot of weight & I adore her! The vet was so lovely & gave her a thorough examination. Thankfully nothing sinister was detected & I will need to take her back in a month for a weigh in. Ended up coming here by referral from our vet who had to shut down the office unexpectedly. Staff was attentive, caring and went above and beyond for us even though we weren't their clients. They were able to quickly diagnose our dog's issue and give a clear course of action that gave us both peace of mind as well as clear directive on how to get our dog back to 100%. If we hadn't just moved out of the neighborhood, I would probably be making the switch to this lovely vet. Highly recommended. Read Less

The vets at this clinic are not professional at all!!!! My cat was experiencing some skin problems and groomed himself a lot. The vet told me he was stressful and kept on grooming himself, and it was a mental health problem. We received treatment from them for four weeks without any relief and the symptoms have gotten worse. We have to change to another vet and have got told it is just a flea-bite immune response. It is really ridiculous to diagnose from a skin problem to mental health disease!!!!! Will never use this clinic again and consider to make an official complaint!!!!! Read Less

Awful facility. Visited to see if it was suitable for our cat. The place stank of cats urine, there were only 2 cats there (despite being told I had to book fast as the place was filling up), they looked sad and desperate for attention, locked up in small spaces. The downstairs pens have absolutely no natural light, the place looks like a prison for cats, I would never ever submit my cat to such a depressing experience. I cannot believe that a veterinary practice can market this as a five star hotel, its shameful. Read Less

Hello. Simon Myers has looked after my cats for the last 26 years. I would never ever see another vet. I trust him completely. He warned me about one of my cats having a heart issue when she was young even though a cardiologist had found nothing. 6 years later the problem developed and we were ready to start treatment. My present cat Digit is 19 and healthy. She suffered from terrible urine infections that were very distressing for both her and I. Simon was there for support all the way through. I could not of gone through that without him. I thought my cat was going to die. She owes her life to him. Enough gushing. Lol. He is my hero and he really really cares. Plus the nurses and staff are great. Chantel is another member of staff that has supported me so much through the years. Jess is a nurse there that was also so supportive to me when Digit was ill. My friend's cat was practically anaesthetised when he got her home. This was after a simple , routine procedure. The obnoxious , over - confident male 'nurse ' did nothing to allay our fears , dismissing my concerns and even contradicting what the vets said! Grossly over -priced with disturbing and underwhelming service. The practice manager does not seem to understand the industry at all , and simply talks the talk, with no thought behind the words l or any real empathy. sadly , best avoided. Read Less

The place stank of cats urine, there were only 2 cats there (despite being told I had to book fast as the place was filling up), they looked sad and desperate for attention, locked up in small spaces. The downstairs pens have absolutely no natural light, the place looks like a prison for cats, I would never ever submit my cat to such a depressing experience. I cannot believe that a veterinary practice can market this as a five star hotel, its shameful. Read Less

Hello. Simon Myers has looked after my cats for the last 26 years. I would never ever see another vet. I trust him completely. He warned me about one of my cats having a heart issue when she was young even though a cardiologist had found nothing. 6 years later the problem developed and we were ready to start treatment. My present cat Digit is 19 and healthy. She suffered from terrible urine infections that were very distressing for both her and I. Simon was there for support all the way through. I could not of gone through that without him. I thought my cat was going to die. She owes her life to him. Enough gushing. Lol. He is my hero and he really really cares. Plus the nurses and staff are great. Chantel is another member of staff that has supported me so much through the years. Jess is a nurse there that was also so supportive to me when Digit was ill. My friend's cat was practically anaesthetised when he got her home. This was after a simple , routine procedure. The obnoxious , over - confident male 'nurse ' did nothing to allay our fears , dismissing my concerns and even contradicting what the vets said! Grossly over -priced with disturbing and underwhelming service. The practice manager does not seem to understand the industry at all , and simply talks the talk, with no thought behind the words l or any real empathy. sadly , best avoided. Read Less
