The reason I am not rating the practice 5 stars is that they recommend signing up with PetPlan when you register, which is a scammy insurer. I strongly recommend to not follow this advice.

Our rescue dog Zeus has had his share of odd ailments but Sarah always takes the time to listen to issues no matter how small and gives thorough and clear advice on how to proceed in a way that's easy to understand. Practical and thoughtful approach makes you sure your pet is in great hands. Zeus has some anxiety issues but always seems relaxed and happy around Sarah.

Jeremy, remembers his little patients so treatments translates into warm and personal interactions rather methodical procedures. Sarah is wonderful too! To be honest everyone, including nurses and reception, in this medivet, are truly exceptional!

My little Bumble has been chewing his fur out - today we have sampled his skin to try and find out the cause of this.
Sarah also managed to take blood from him - this is very impressive when you consider the tiny size of his veins.
Anna monitored his anaesthetic and dealt with a very stressed Hayleigh !
I couldn't recommended them enough and I am honoured to work alongside such talented people.
He has now woken up and enjoying some raisins! He says thank you to you all and he is sorry that he isn't the friendliest of creatures!

I rescued a dog in mid Feb this year. On Tuesday she was involved in a hit and run and suffered such horrific injuries. Her left eye was damaged beyond repair and her pelvis fractured in 2 or 3 places...
I rescued a dog in mid Feb this year. On Tuesday she was involved in a hit and run and suffered such horrific injuries. Her left eye was damaged beyond repair and her pelvis fractured in 2 or 3 places. She is in great pain. I was struggling to get her the care she needed and 2 combine both her eye removal and pelvic surgery in one hit to save her more distress. I was struggling until a dear friend consulted Jeremy on my behalf and we got her in straight away. He immediately put my mind at rest and told me he would give her Gold Star treatment and remove her eye and make it look as neat as possible. I totally trust what he says and I know she's in the THE BEST hands. I cannot thank you enough. I cannot have children and very quickly I have fallen head over heels with this rescue who has saved me as much as I saved her. She is my baby and losing her was impossible to imagine.
5 weeks on Lady is doing amazingly well and her face is as pretty as it was before, surgery was a total success and done so well. THANK YOU.

I have been with medivet risedale for in excess of 10 years. I cannot rate them high enough for being friendly or caring. Their extremely helpful and they go that extra mile on many occasions. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and sadly I had to say goodbye to her in 2015. To her the vets was her second home and she loved going there. The whole process of saying goodbye was extremely hard but to their credit all the staff were brilliant in what was a very sad day and I know that they care so passionately about all the animals that cross their threshold. I now have another dog who I rescued and was nervous but after a couple of visits she now loves going there too. I consider myself very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after my babies because that's exactly what they are and I am never worried about leaving them there because I know they will always look after them as if they were their own. So Risedale. Kyumi Nicola Steph Sarah Rachael you are all awesome and do a brilliant job. I know you will always keep up the good work. Thankyou.

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.

I rescued a dog in mid Feb this year. On Tuesday she was involved in a hit and run and suffered such horrific injuries. Her left eye was damaged beyond repair and her pelvis fractured in 2 or 3 places. She is in great pain. I was struggling to get her the care she needed and 2 combine both her eye removal and pelvic surgery in one hit to save her more distress. I was struggling until a dear friend consulted Jeremy on my behalf and we got her in straight away. He immediately put my mind at rest and told me he would give her Gold Star treatment and remove her eye and make it look as neat as possible. I totally trust what he says and I know she's in the THE BEST hands. I cannot thank you enough. I cannot have children and very quickly I have fallen head over heels with this rescue who has saved me as much as I saved her. She is my baby and losing her was impossible to imagine.
5 weeks on Lady is doing amazingly well and her face is as pretty as it was before, surgery was a total success and done so well. THANK YOU.

I have been with medivet risedale for in excess of 10 years. I cannot rate them high enough for being friendly or caring. Their extremely helpful and they go that extra mile on many occasions. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and sadly I had to say goodbye to her in 2015. To her the vets was her second home and she loved going there. The whole process of saying goodbye was extremely hard but to their credit all the staff were brilliant in what was a very sad day and I know that they care so passionately about all the animals that cross their threshold. I now have another dog who I rescued and was nervous but after a couple of visits she now loves going there too. I consider myself very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after my babies because that's exactly what they are and I am never worried about leaving them there because I know they will always look after them as if they were their own. So Risedale. Kyumi Nicola Steph Sarah Rachael you are all awesome and do a brilliant job. I know you will always keep up the good work. Thankyou.

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.
