Avoid, paid £50.00 for less then three minutes of advice from a lady that looked clueless and suggested i pay over £600.00 for x-rays and blood tests even though were not needed and left this vets with no more knowledge than what i already knew about my dog! the only plus side were the friendly staff at reception.

Just taken our new rescue dog Trevor for his first check up. He's super affectionate, but still very nervous (the dog that is, not the vet!) We couldn't have asked for more. Everyone we dealt with from the vet to the support staff were great in helping him feel at ease. Sound advice, and no attempt to push any treatments or products. On the basis of this, I would recommend.

A procedure was carried out which had to be repeated because the patient wasn't rested as instructed. The repeat procedure wasn't charged for - you were fully aware of the costs you would incur this time

Today I took my dog ( a 3 years old American Cocker Spaniel) here. I have just brought her to UK from abroad. When I told the vet he was so kind and he checked everything about her. He gave some pills. The staff also were super friendly. And yes, it was expensive but my dog does not have any insurance & I was not expecting sth cheap.

Don't go here if you don't have insurance! We took our cat to the vet because his front paw was limp, and we suspected he'd been hit by a car. The vet looked at him and said his leg wasn't broken, but he'd like to take an x ray just to be safe.
We stated several times that we didn't have pet insurance, but there was never a mention of an estimated cost from any of the staff.
When we went back to pick the cat up we were presented with a bill for 753.00, of which over 600 was x ray charges!
We were astonished that someone could charge that much without giving us some idea cost, as we could easily not have been able to afford such a high sum.
Needless to say we will not be going back there

Ok, my dog didn't quite need "saving" but did need an X-ray and lots of love and affection to get him through it, being only 10 weeks old at the time. We are very happy clients indeed
