Avoid this practice. The Principal Vet, Jaimin, is more concerned about money than the animal’s welfare and if you are uninsured, will lose interest immediately. Over prescribes but then appears be totally out of his depth when things get tricky and doesn’t refer to a specialist. Will refuse to come to the phone to answer queries and insists you pay for further consultations. Consultation fee itself is higher than any comparable practice for very little offered in return. There is no feeling that animals are particularly loved at this practice. Simply that they are a source of income. Not all vets are like this and you will be better off finding one who actually cares about your pet as opposed to finding you and them a nuisance. Read Less

Stay away form this Vet. Most unhelpful and unprofessional. I took my dog just a few days ago because he had developed an ear hematoma. He did not prescribe him anything and asked me to monitor it for some days to see whether it would go away. The swelling is now worse and when I asked for a price quotation (I qualify for financial aid) for the surgery the receptionist said that I would have to pay for another appointment. When I demanded to speak to the vet on the phone, she put me on hold while she went to speak to him and when she came back she said that they were all busy and that there no vet was there. Frustrated, I went in person, and the same unhelpful woman refused to give them a call or tell me when they would be around. I called the RSPCA and they advised me to ask for the medical history of the dog to take it to one of their clinics asap. I asked for it and the same woman said that she'll make a note of that and that she will do it when she has time when there was nobody in the surgery and my dog was in pain!!!. Stay away from this vet and this especially from this evil woman. She has no empathy and should not be working with sick animals! Read Less
