Emma and her wonderful team having been looking after JJ and her brother Jack since they were kittens for just over 10 years. During that time, both of them have had the absolute BEST treatment. Not just the practical side of things, but a consistently genuine kind and caring attitude! Jack has been diabetic for a number of years - thanks to the support and encouragement from Emma and her colleagues he has lost a substantial amount of weight and is on at least half the amount of insulin doses he was when first diagnosed. Three months ago JJ had a pretty major operation...but once again, thanks to the team is now (just like her brother) healthy, happy and full of mischief. I often remark that "Emma and co." don't just look after my feline flatmates...they look after me too. I'm sure ALL my fellow animal lovers out there will agree when I say there are times when we become "concerned parents"!! Read Less
