I’ve been to to vale vets for nearly 30 years Caroline is an amazing member of the team Caring considerate and genuine. Caroline is very efficient in her role I had a lot of dealings with her when I got my new puppy. She was a bit poorly nothing was to much trouble for Caroline. I believe she is a great asset to Vale Vets, her experience and care shines through, I hope Caroline will stay at the vets as she is very friendly. Read Less

I had my 16 year old cat put to sleep here on Tuesday. Caroline on reception and the nurse were terrific - very helpful, informative and supportive without being cloying. Any pet lover will know what its like to say goodbye, so I can highly recommend this Surgery. The high quality of service was much appreciated, and the coffee shop over the road took the edge off afterwards... even if I did start crying in front of three teenagers wearing their ties as headbands. :) Read Less

The vet (owner) tricked me into paying 470 to get my long haired cat de-matted. Did not let me know how much it would be. I did also ask for a check up, to which he said she needed a tooth out and that she would need to be put to sleep for this. I come back to collect her and she was put under anthestetic to be de-matted and they didnt take any terth out. When i said that i could not afford this bill and that he should of told me this is how much it would be he got quite agressive and raised his voice and said I should bring my cat to the vet more often to avoid large bills. He was so rude and even the receptionist didnt seem shocked when i told her about this...so he must do this a lot. Do not go to this vets. Read Less
