I've visited this vet's only a couple of times with my kitten and always been very impressed and pleased with the service given by the vets here. It's great to be able to book in appointments on-line and Zasman are good about sending text message reminders. I read a few on-line reviews before choosing to go to this vets and I'm happy to add my recommendations of this Stroud Green vet service too

I have been going here since 2014 and I absolutely love it. I've had my dog vaccinated yearly here, along with getting his teeth cleaned and had four of his teeth removed as well. He also very recently underwent a splenectomy and shorty after was sadly diagnosed with cancer. Ruth is the kindest vet and has been so helpful and supportive. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and also really like the veterinary assistants. I have also dealt with Piya who works at Green Lanes and Nina who works at the Hampstead branch, both were incredibly competent and warm. I am going through a difficult time dealing with my baby's diagnosis and they've made this much easier for me. Highly recommended.

Happily took my cat zaza today for castration lovely girl booked zaza in very nice to me...Didn't get phone call of when my daughter could collect her for me in the car. I waited didn't go out waiting...
Happily took my cat zaza today for castration lovely girl booked zaza in very nice to me...Didn't get phone call of when my daughter could collect her for me in the car. I waited didn't go out waiting. When I rang at 4.20pm. Someone with an attitude spoke in an angry fashion stating we've been calling you all afternoon you didn't answer. Then demanded an appointment time to collect cat!! Which I've never done before. I'm a retired NHS staff member from Whittington Hospital and if one of my team spoke to a patient or family member in a horrid way I'd recommend she goes for customer care training. Also when my cat got home the fleece lining was missing from pet carrier...Shoddy experience.

I had my cat neutered/spayed here but she was in heat for the past 2 days. I went back telling them this and they told me I needed a blood test to confirm this, which I would have to pay for and if confirmed I'd have to pay for the surgery AGAIN. That's over £200 that they have forced off me because of their incompetence. I spoke with the doctor that was in today and he said he'd speak to management and give me a call if they can do anything about it.
I'm pretty angry about this as I love Luna to bits and they seem very very detached and not caring at all, especially the doctor today. Seems like they just want to make money and couldn't care less what happens

We've been with Zasman for over a decade now. Ben and his team at Stroud Green are quite amazing, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They care greatly about the animals in their charge and work incredibly hard on their behalf. They're very creative with treatments, exploring every option, but the welfare of the animal always comes first: when things get tough, it's always about giving your pet a good quality of life for a valuable period of time. Great for routine maintenance, and when things get complicated you couldn't be in better hands.

My beloved kitty had been attacked. her arm dislocated, and a abscess had formed in it...
My normal vet wouldn't see her till Tuesday. which was 4days away. It was bank holiday.
So I found Zasman on...

My normal vet wouldn't see her till Tuesday. which was 4days away. It was bank holiday.
So I found Zasman on the net and give them a call. they open up the vet and saw her with in the hour.
Took her in for surgery and open up specially (again) the next day for me to collect her.
This is by far the best vet in the area and go over and beyond.
completely recommend Zasman.

I've had to bring my cat in quite often in the last few months (she's very old, her kidneys are not what they were), and they've been the kindest, loveliest veterinary staff I have ever come across. Ben explains everything in a way I've always wished vets would explain things. Aine takes such good care of the cat that now she actually purrs when I take her to get tests and injections. She has had such excellent care that I've found myself thinking I couldn't move out of the neighbourhood because of the vet. They are the best vet I've been to in 18 years on three continents. (The cat would agree: I've never before heard her purr when going to the vet.)

My little cat, Beetroot, has just come home after a week being looked after at Zasman Stroud Green. She went in as a critically ill cat and has come out as a happy cat again.
Ben and the team were completely amazing, keeping us informed and aware of what was going on and even sending us photos of Beetroot when they did morning and evening checks.
Can't thank them enough, just waiting for all her test results now - fingers crossed!

I would highly recommend Zasman Vets in general and their branch on Tollington Park is excellent. Not only are they good at their jobs, they are very good people and truly care about your pets and not just money. They have saved my fathers dogs life a few years back and i have my Bulldog with them now. Even my bulldog enjoys seeing the team and dogs do not normally like going vets.

I had the opportunity to intern with Zasman Vet at a couple of their branches over the course of three months and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly and they really strived to do the best job that they could do for their patients and clients. I felt like this was very much a teaching facility and the staff took ever opportunity that they could to explain things to me and teach me something new.

A great vet with real passion for animals.
We've been taking our rabbits there for the last four years and have always been pleased with how they were cared for. Moreover we've never been pushed into any unnecessary treatments and the fee structure is fully transparent so you know exactly what you pay for.
The vets always take their time and never rush an examination. When one of our bunnies got seriously ill with a very rare disease, the vets researched treatment options for us, ordered in medicine and even administered part of the treatment at a discount.

I'm a regular at Zasman vet as my little Chihuahua cross Safi had to have a double knee operation just before Christmas. Their service was outstanding and thorough from beginning to end of treatment. They really show that they care for every animal that walks into the surgery making the owners feel very much at ease.
Zasmans have great products/treats/toys and even if they don't stock a specific type of food its never a problem for them to order in. I recommend everyone register with Zasman you won't be disappointed!!

My wife and I recently got a cat and needed a local vet. We are so pleased we have joined Zasman. They have a very friendly staff and have a good shop where we have often bought food and medications. But what's been really impressive is their ability to answer our questions over email when we're at home/work. We have had a few minor issues with our cat, and Zasman have never failed to reply to our fairly minor concerns quickly and with authority in a very friendly way. This extra (and essentially free!) service is very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a pet.

I cannot recommend Zasman Vet highly enough. I've had to bring my cat in quite often in the last few months (she's very old, her kidneys are not what they were), and they've been the kindest, loveliest veterinary staff I have ever come across. Ben explains everything in a way I've always wished vets would explain things. Aine takes such good care of the cat that now she actually purrs when I take her to get tests and injections. She has had such excellent care that I've found myself thinking I couldn't move out of the neighbourhood because of the vet. They are the best vet I've been to in 18 years on three continents. (The cat would agree: I've never before heard her purr when going to the vet.)

My little cat, Beetroot, has just come home after a week being looked after at Zasman Stroud Green. She went in as a critically ill cat and has come out as a happy cat again.
Ben and the team were completely amazing, keeping us informed and aware of what was going on and even sending us photos of Beetroot when they did morning and evening checks.
Can't thank them enough, just waiting for all her test results now - fingers crossed!

I would highly recommend Zasman Vets in general and their branch on Tollington Park is excellent. Not only are they good at their jobs, they are very good people and truly care about your pets and not just money. They have saved my fathers dogs life a few years back and i have my Bulldog with them now. Even my bulldog enjoys seeing the team and dogs do not normally like going vets.

I had the opportunity to intern with Zasman Vet at a couple of their branches over the course of three months and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly and they really strived to do the best job that they could do for their patients and clients. I felt like this was very much a teaching facility and the staff took ever opportunity that they could to explain things to me and teach me something new.

I've been to other vets who had no clue about rabbits and were asking me what injections he needed.. But here the lovely vet did him a thorough health check and really knew her stuff!
So glad to of finally found a local bunny friendly vet!

We've been taking our rabbits there for the last four years and have always been pleased with how they were cared for. Moreover we've never been pushed into any unnecessary treatments and the fee structure is fully transparent so you know exactly what you pay for.
The vets always take their time and never rush an examination. When one of our bunnies got seriously ill with a very rare disease, the vets researched treatment options for us, ordered in medicine and even administered part of the treatment at a discount.

I'm a regular at Zasman vet as my little Chihuahua cross Safi had to have a double knee operation just before Christmas. Their service was outstanding and thorough from beginning to end of treatment. They really show that they care for every animal that walks into the surgery making the owners feel very much at ease.
Zasmans have great products/treats/toys and even if they don't stock a specific type of food its never a problem for them to order in. I recommend everyone register with Zasman you won't be disappointed!!

My wife and I recently got a cat and needed a local vet. We are so pleased we have joined Zasman. They have a very friendly staff and have a good shop where we have often bought food and medications. But what's been really impressive is their ability to answer our questions over email when we're at home/work. We have had a few minor issues with our cat, and Zasman have never failed to reply to our fairly minor concerns quickly and with authority in a very friendly way. This extra (and essentially free!) service is very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a pet.
