We had an appointment today at 10 booked recently for second vaccination for our new shelter dog,
To our surprise when we got to medivet woolwich there are renovation works going on! Great I do t know what to say. I booked this recently, and I have had no phone call r e mail saying that they can’t do the appointment nor if they are at another address. I also could have gone to Greenwich Medivet

This vet definitely deserves more reviews! Although it was our first visit I can say our first visit was positive.The reception was really attentive and emphatic, she was brilliant with our dog. Made our daunting experience less of so and much personable. Dr Temo was patient and caring took the time to explained things twice to assure we understood. Prefere a family feel clinic rather than a commercial vets..

The service here is great, it feels like a family run vets and the staff are very friendly and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they enjoy there work and are not under pressure by some fancy stuck up boss. Whoevers running the place should feel proud as I don't wish to take my pets anywhere but here, i rather pay for my petcare than go somewhere I won't feel comfortable

During making an appointment receptionist pick up another phone and hung up. I do not recommend. I've been there before with my cat and not recovered. I called just to a different clinic.
