Caroline at Midland Vet Surgery is an angel. I phoned them when my elderly dog was very poorly with a stomach infection, and they squeezed him in for an appointment on the same day. The injection and tablets they gave him were very effective and he recovered in a couple days. He is back to his greedy beagle self now.

I used the surgery for the first time last week with Luna my little cat. Staff were very nice and professional. In particular Jack on reception. I was worried about getting Luna into the basket, he made the whole thing easier with suggestions and offering to take her in early. They were all very kind to Luna and the after care was very good. I am happy I chose this surgery. Thank you guys. XX

Overall we liked the location and the prices are okay - bit high for the way vet treat my kitty but I hope everything goes well with neutering.

Very good surgery. Our overweight cat with hip dysplasia has been tended to by a lovely man, very caring. The homemade raw diet is working well, the vet is pleased, as are we; we only need call in to get repeat pain meds for him. Everyone here is very nice.

The waiting area & surgeries are clean and tidy, they stock a good selection of accessories and medication and the best bit is that they can also take care of cats and kitties in the cattery at the back - a real bonus. Certainly recommend.

I went in there with my pet bird. My first visit and what a visit it was. I have a Indian Ringneck parrot named Mittu. Such polite service and kind full people with SOO much knowledge. The vet himself was so kind and gentle, he did not once make me or my parrot feel annoyed or scared at all while working with Mittu. He explained and gave me choice and was not forcing me with anything. Showed me and gave me SOO much info that it made me relax and helped a lot. Recommend these guys anytime. Thank you

I have used treetops for a couple of years now.....your cat is treated like feline Royal with all the mod cons and more.....greeted first by the very friendly and competent veterinary nurses and then given the extra special treatment by the dedicated cattery staff Helen, Katie and Jordan. I know, that every shop is setting own prices. A price for the same medication can be different at any other shop, so we have an opportunity to choose from where buy,depends on prices. But when a doctor say: you can not buy this medication,but I can order it for you"- automatically you are loosing the right to choose. "It cost near 100" the doctor told before she looked in to computer.At the moment I did not noticed that. But today it looks if a checking how much I am ready to pay. I have been told,that I should pay immediately for this medication but pick up it next day from their clinic. I paid. I had no idea that the price I paid can be soooooo different if it actual cost. Though the clinic can charge some fees for making an order,plus delivery fees can be added. When I received the medication, I decide look in to Internet, to find any info about this medication (side effects end etc), but I was shocked when a price came up: 33.00!!!!! I did not believe to my eyes!!! I started open all the different sites,who sell this medication, but a maximum price I found is 42.00. I PAID 101.64

Superb vets & nurses who not only provide excellent animal care but have good people skills too. We've been going there since 1972 with a variety of dogs, cats & rescued hedgehogs and have received outstanding treatment. During a long running serious condition with one of our dogs, one of the vets would phone every morning to find out how she was progressing. Mr Stenson, Mr W & Audra were fantastic in investigating which treatments could be viable for her. Nothing was too much trouble for them or for the nurses & their care & concern for her was evident. She's still here, very fit, lively, happy & competing. We've been through a recent blip as the condition is chronic but, again, these vets are getting her better. A worthy five star!

This is a wonderful vets. They are friendly, professional and passionate about animals. They supported my 18 year old dog through various end of life complications always ensuring she was comfortable and as healthy as she could be. They noticed an infection in my kitten that needed specialist attention and arranged a referral for what turned out to be a very unusual but thankfully treatable disease. Their prices are reasonable and their vets don't change too frequently making it possible to see the same vet for each appointment if requested. I was sad to have to leave them when I moved out of the area but so thankful for all they have done for my four cats and two dogs. I did use another vet which had a branch in Wanstead prior to using Midland and in my experience, registering with Midland Vets is a far better option for quality of care and affordability.

Just wanted to take time out to thank all the staff over the past 4 years in looking after our cats, Cleo, Clawdia ( sadly passed away now) and more recently, Zorro. Very professional and friendly service from all the staff, but especially to the vet Brian, who very kindly gave us a home visit to check up on Cleo for free on his way home a few years ago, and offered the same today with Zorro. I will be very sad to move in a couple of months as I don't know if our new vet surgery will be as good! Thanks, Samantha :)

Used to visit this vet surgery for a few years when lived in the area. The vets and the nurses are very caring and patient. The waiting area & surgeries are clean and tidy, they stock a good selection...
Used to visit this vet surgery for a few years when lived in the area. The vets and the nurses are very caring and patient. The waiting area & surgeries are clean and tidy, they stock a good selection of accessories and medication and the best bit is that they can also take care of cats and kitties in the cattery at the back - a real bonus. Certainly recommend.

I went in there with my pet bird. My first visit and what a visit it was. I have a Indian Ringneck parrot named Mittu. Such polite service and kind full people with SOO much knowledge. The vet himself was so kind and gentle, he did not once make me or my parrot feel annoyed or scared at all while working with Mittu. He explained and gave me choice and was not forcing me with anything. Showed me and gave me SOO much info that it made me relax and helped a lot. Recommend these guys anytime. Thank you

This Vets is 100% 5 star! Every owner has to make that difficult decision once in a while and the people here just make it that but easier for you. Never met such kind people who really care about the quality of the animals lives. We recently lost our dog Alfie and we have just received a card with their condolences. Amazing people!

My gorgeous cat Blake stays here all the time in the cat hotel, which is situated at the back of the veterinary clinic. I have used treetops for a couple of years now.....your cat is treated like feline Royal with all the mod cons and more.....greeted first by the very friendly and competent veterinary nurses and then given the extra special treatment by the dedicated cattery staff Helen, Katie and Jordan. I would never trust anywhere else to care for Blake. They are magnificent. Give them a try and see for yourself. All the best to all the staff there. Philip and Blake xx

I know, that every shop is setting own prices. A price for the same medication can be different at any other shop, so we have an opportunity to choose from where buy,depends on prices. But when a doctor say: you can not buy this medication,but I can order it for you"- automatically you are loosing the right to choose. "It cost near 100" the doctor told before she looked in to computer.At the moment I did not noticed that. But today it looks if a checking how much I am ready to pay. I have been told,that I should pay immediately for this medication but pick up it next day from their clinic. I paid. I had no idea that the price I paid can be soooooo different if it actual cost. Though the clinic can charge some fees for making an order,plus delivery fees can be added. When I received the medication, I decide look in to Internet, to find any info about this medication (side effects end etc), but I was shocked when a price came up: 33.00!!!!! I did not believe to my eyes!!! I started open all the different sites,who sell this medication, but a maximum price I found is 42.00. I PAID 101.64

Superb vets & nurses who not only provide excellent animal care but have good people skills too. We've been going there since 1972 with a variety of dogs, cats & rescued hedgehogs and have received outstanding treatment. During a long running serious condition with one of our dogs, one of the vets would phone every morning to find out how she was progressing. Mr Stenson, Mr W & Audra were fantastic in investigating which treatments could be viable for her. Nothing was too much trouble for them or for the nurses & their care & concern for her was evident. She's still here, very fit, lively, happy & competing. We've been through a recent blip as the condition is chronic but, again, these vets are getting her better. A worthy five star!

The nurse kindly took the cat away from me and cleaned him up (big poo in cat carrier) without me asking. The vet was brilliant with the cat, explained everything very clearly to me. Wish I had know about this vet a couple of years ago.

This is a wonderful vets. They are friendly, professional and passionate about animals. They supported my 18 year old dog through various end of life complications always ensuring she was comfortable and as healthy as she could be. They noticed an infection in my kitten that needed specialist attention and arranged a referral for what turned out to be a very unusual but thankfully treatable disease. Their prices are reasonable and their vets don't change too frequently making it possible to see the same vet for each appointment if requested. I was sad to have to leave them when I moved out of the area but so thankful for all they have done for my four cats and two dogs. I did use another vet which had a branch in Wanstead prior to using Midland and in my experience, registering with Midland Vets is a far better option for quality of care and affordability.

Just wanted to take time out to thank all the staff over the past 4 years in looking after our cats, Cleo, Clawdia ( sadly passed away now) and more recently, Zorro. Very professional and friendly service from all the staff, but especially to the vet Brian, who very kindly gave us a home visit to check up on Cleo for free on his way home a few years ago, and offered the same today with Zorro. I will be very sad to move in a couple of months as I don't know if our new vet surgery will be as good! Thanks, Samantha :)

My cat had been knocked down, thay were closing but open up and the staff stayed and saved my cat, cannot thank them enough. Staff are very helpful, a little oasis in leyton.
