Impeccable service, very attentive with the pets, but comparing with other places some practices are very expensive, maybe is because the area but after treating my cat there I've checked with other vets and the total was 300/400 £ above the usual budget. My dog pepper had a annul gland removal and teeth cleaned , I was told that they don't do many of these ops ,but they put my mind at rest , and what a result I wish I took him earlier, my dog sailed through the op and he didn't realise he had anything done , it was hard trying to keep him still , also he did not need any pain killers at all , didn't need any after care , I'm so impressed with the care ,the staff always friendly and ask after my dog pepper, throughly recommended these vets Read Less

Outstanding. Every member of staff from reception, to the nurses and vets have been wonderful. The vets are incredibly well informed and actually listen to you as an owner, they work with you and your knowledge of your pet to offer and find the best solution. I have always felt listened to, understood and have never felt rushed (even after asking 100 questions) after having been talked thoroughly through any medication/procedures. AVOID AT ALL COST!! The "Vets" here know absolutely NOTHING. All they care about is the expensive bill they are gonna hand you after looking at your dog, feeling her belly and telling u everything is ok, only for you to go back and find out a few days later that no, everything was not ok. I have sent a complaint email 7 times and not received a single reply. These people are thieves, they will hand you a heavy bill for doing NOTHING. after a year of being with this vet, it was shocking to discover that loyalty counts for nothing at the end of the day it is a business and not a caring and trustworthy enterprise. More specifically I discovered that you cannot rely on the communication you are given. Have paid for a for my cat for which I was given incomplete information, I was taken aback to discover that the vaccination expired without me being informed. As a result when I followed up for my cats subsequent vaccine I was then informed that I have to begin the vaccine treatment again and pay the full amount . Why was I not given this information earlier? The call I received was not only unhelpful but rude. If I cannot trust that my vet is giving me the full information regarding my family member's care, how do I know that he is getting the best care. If you go to this vet, get every detail in writing. Otherwise pay through your nose only to pay again. Sept 22, 2016 Apropo my review above the owner made a remarkable effort to contact me and correct all that had happened offering a legitimate explanation. As a result of the inconvenience my cat received the vaccine required as per our agreement. I was very pleased with both the apology and the service provided which was a clear effort to compensate for any inconvenience. The vet that saw my cat at the practice was very helpful and informative and treated my cat as her own. Thanks for this experience based on which I would change my review to 3 stars. Read Less

Avoid at all costs. Me and partner took our 5 year old cat here twice. Not only did they fail to notice serious life threatening issues the first time (tumor/cancer) but also the second time. (After reading up on it we realised our cat was showing all the symptoms of a tumor, which the vets should be trained to spot, not us on google) We also asked them how much our bill would be for the check up. He said 99.84 and when we got to the till my partner was asked to pay 190 and "suprisingly" the vet had managed to dissapear in the 1 minute it took is to get to the till. He also failed to notify us of 2000-4000 estimate costs when reffering us to an animal hospital which we were told by the hospital is a major part of the refferal. We are definitely not going back and i honestly would reccomend you look elsewhere. Im sure if your pet has a very minor problem this place would be acceptable. But for anything even semi serious i would not trust this place or their vets. We gave them 2 chances and they messed both up. And before the manager/owner thinks of replying to this, please don't, theres nothing you can say to cover this. Its too late. Read Less

My partner and I have recently bought our first pet together - a little kitten called Rolo. As a first time 'parent,' I have been ever so worried about him and have taken him to the vets on numerous occassions. Dr Rebecca has been a SUPERSTAR - not only has she clearly explained everything to us and what we need to do, but she does a thorough check up of him every single time. I would highly recommend this practise to anyone who has a new pet. Only down side is the cost of the items there that they advise you to use. Rolo had fleas when we first bought him from his breeder and we were advised to buy the spray for the house. It was 24 in the Vets and 11 on amazon so we bought it there instead! Read Less

I have been to Molly and max vets a few times with my dog they are amazing. Always made to feel welcome. Sone vets are all about the money but I've never felt like that here. I feel that my dogs health is the most important thing as it should be, all staff are so friendly and answer any questions I have (which is usually a lot) Read Less

Molly and Max looked after our Border Terrier fantastically while we lived in Fulham- they always put our highly strung dog at ease and they never seemed to try and push anything that would be a superfluous cost. I would thoroughly recommend their team. Read Less

We have been using Molly and Max since 2010 when we bought our 1st dog.Since then we have had a litter with a few added operations which have all been a success without any issues. If anything the complete service was VIP, running very smoothly.    The hygiene was 10/10 - The Nurses have been meticulous, serious,responsible and a pleasure to be beside them. When a concern arises full attention is given by Ella.  Our experience with Molly and Max has been fantastic and witha high quality service. Even from the other side of the world  we received full attention when extra information was required  to be emailed to us.  I don't know many veterinary Practices that help you this far. it is so nice to have the backup with text reminders on updates and treatments which are required this is a great help if you are full on.I recommend highly this veterinary practice and hope you will encounter the same professional experience as we have done. YOU COULD NOT BE IN BETTER HANDS I have been going to Molly & Max now for almost 5 years with my dog Dougal. During his early adolescence we had to figure out all his tummy issues, and boy did he have many. As Dougal was my first dog, I was quite hysterical about everything, but Ella and her team always remained calm and professional and extended to me great advice, gently reassuring me that I was doing the right thing. Ella and her team are warm and friendly and truly care about what they do, they always greet Dougal and I with the utmost professionalism and most importantly as I said before, care. Ella is totally driven to deliver the very best service and I could not recommend her highly enough. I will be popping in over the weekend to pick up my worming tablet (for Dougal of course!), being sent text reminders is a tremendous help. Molly and Max are great - they are really warm and friendly and are fantastic with my pets. I have a dog and two cats, all of whom are looked after by the Molly & Max team. My cats are bengal boys who are not the easiest to treat but Ella and her team are great with them - very patient and understanding. They also have a good system of reminding me when wormers, etc are due - I am not very good with keeping track of these things so their little reminders are very much aprpeciated to make sure all my little fellas are always up to date with everything they need. I've been taking my dog, Bailey, to Molly and Max for two years now ever since he was a puppy. He's had some quite serious health issues (he was a rescue dog) of which he is now completely clear. I'm so grateful to Alice (vet) and Nicole (nurse) for all their kindness, professionalism and care. They greet Bailey like some old friend each time he arrives and even though he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures (like being made to vomit up a load of chocolate he scrounged one day) he always waltzes into the practice as though it's a favourite playground. (Before Bailey we had a hamster which we also took to Molly and Max and he lived to a grand age. If you can make a family feel that their hamster is the most important pet in the world, then you definitely have a good attitude!). Read Less

I used to have two cats and I named them Mollie and Max. What a weird coincidence to walk past this place on my way to a meeting the other day! I just had to ring the buzzer and say Hello. The waiting room was empty on a Friday afternoon, and the nurse took his time to show me around the various treatment rooms. I was very impressed by the facilities and the people.
