This is an excellent veterinary centre, Nicky always takes time to make my scaredy cat feel at home and has a lovely nature with the animals. She’s really knowledgeable and no question is too silly or too much trouble. The monthly payment plan is great including the yearly jabs and flea and worming Treatments, so I never run out! The vet nurses are always really helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 👍🏻

My cat Smokey was unusually subdue, did not eat or drink or move from a corner for one day. I took him to Norbury Pet Health Centre and Nicky, the vet, conducted a comprehensive check on him including blood tests and x-ray. She found blood on his lungs and a broken rib which pointed to Smokey most probably being hit by a car. She treated him immediately and kept him in overnight. Smokey came home the following day being 80% back to his normal self. It has now fully recovered. Thank you to Nick and all the staff for their caring and professional approach.

Nicky and her team have looked after our beloved cats so beautifully since we moved here 6 years ago. Nicky's compassion and understanding of how important our pets are too us makes her a very good family vet. She always explains the situation and treatment clearly. The whole team have also been a huge support to us as a family in the difficult times too. Very pleased to have introduced the team to the new addition to our family - a rehomed kitten who is now resting after successful snip today. All is well thanks to NPHC. Thanks guys.

It is a lovely practice - I swapped from my last practice, as the staff changed on a monthly, if not weekly basis. This practice has a great and stable staff.

Norbury Pet health Centre has always taken care of our much loved pet dogs and we wouldn't go anywhere else because after years of experience they have NEVER let us down. Their professionalism is second to none and so is their humanity: they understand how much your pets mean to you and they really care. Vet Nicky and her excellent nursing and support staff will do anything in their power to ensure that your pet lives a long and healthy life, and they'll literally be standing right next to you when times are hard. We'd be totally lost without them and rely on them for what we know will always be the best attention, support and advice.

Earlier on this year I found two staffs wandering the streets and luckily we managed to catch them and took them to Norbury Vets. Within hours the owner was found and the two dogs were reunited with the owners. Last year I came across a lost French bulldog and again took it here and the owner was found. Can't say a bad word about this vets, if anything Norbury is very lucky to have a great team of vets who look after our pets!

I can vouch for my Vet & her practice team 100% they have looked after all our companion animals with care as if they are there own... They are ALWAYS on the end of the line at ANYTIME if we want to get in touch.... They make special arrangements for one of our dogs who is reactive to other dogs. They put my mind at ease even though I ask 100 questions. It upsets when people 'presume' a 'story'... hey why not 'politely' ask???

This vet is an amazing find. It is so hard finding someone in whom you can trust the care of your pet (in my case a very precious little cat) but these people are fantastic. I have complete faith in this vet, both in terms of the care and attention given, and the cost. I never feel that she is trying to sell me the latest product, something I have come across with increasing frequency over the last few years. I feel lucky to have found this place. Well done good people!

Within hours the owner was found and the two dogs were reunited with the owners. Last year I came across a lost French bulldog and again took it here and the owner was found. Can't say a bad word about this vets, if anything Norbury is very lucky to have a great team of vets who look after our pets!

I can vouch for my Vet & her practice team 100% they have looked after all our companion animals with care as if they are there own... They are ALWAYS on the end of the line at ANYTIME if we want to get in touch.... They make special arrangements for one of our dogs who is reactive to other dogs. They put my mind at ease even though I ask 100 questions. It upsets when people 'presume' a 'story'... hey why not 'politely' ask???

This vet is an amazing find. It is so hard finding someone in whom you can trust the care of your pet (in my case a very precious little cat) but these people are fantastic. I have complete faith in this vet, both in terms of the care and attention given, and the cost. I never feel that she is trying to sell me the latest product, something I have come across with increasing frequency over the last few years. I feel lucky to have found this place. Well done good people!
