We have been coming to park vets since we adopted our Phoebe and she absolutely loves every visit.The reception staff are always cheery and excited to greet all the animals. Phoebe suffers from terrible anxiety but the team make an extra effort in making her more comfortable. Well we have been with Park Vets for as long as I can remember, we even remenber meeting Tim as a young vet. He has looked after all of our dogs with great respect and I cannot praise him enough for what he has done. Peter is also a great vet, if it was not for him performing intracate surgery on Bramble's ear, it is possible that Bramble could have lost his ear altogether. When Bramble was poorly once, Tim picked up on the problem so quickly that we were at a specialist referal centre the following morning. It turned out to be a spinal infection that was difficult to treat but his recovery was aided by the speed of specialist treatment. I love them! Bailey not so much. In the words of Tim the Vet "Bailey plays the hard done by card so well!" A few treats and Bailey almost played ball. You'd think 7 years with PVP he'd love it as much as us. These people actually show they care about your pet not just your payment details. My cats have been seeing Tim and his team for over 9 years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Tim is so lovely, very experienced and very friendly...I just wish my cats would feel happier about their visits..I try to tell them we're going to visit with Uncle Tim for cuddles..but they never fall for it. I have been a client with PVP for over 25 years. I find the partnership in care and the honest and open appraisal of my pets very reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team, and the care is excellent. My dogs have all loved visiting PVP, the cats have been less sure until they get into the surgery when they are always delighted to be petted. Park vets is the best veterinary practice we've ever been to. The knowledge they put on display and the amount of time they take to carefully and patiently explaining everything is fantastic. (We have two rabbits which are technically exotic pets and, unlike most vets, Park have a strong knowledge and caring attitude.) The long-term benefits to our rabbits of the extra advice they give can't be understated. We deeply appreciate everyone at the practice giving us so much time and making quick appointments for us.
