I like the doctors but there a number of things I don't like about this place! 1- this is the reason I'm writing this review. The new receptionist who is a young girl is very ignorant and I don't even think she likes animals! She doesn't even say hi when you enter the reception just continue looking at screen without even looking at your face! I guess it's only polite to show a bit of interest! 2- we have never seen a doctor twice. Some I really liked but when I asked to see them again they were either gone or just do one day a week! they have lots of turn over of staff or too many doctors who probably only do one day a week only! 3- it's expensive. We stick to them cause it's convenient But the price is a lot, no different then Warwick ave and st John's wood where people say it's expensive. In general it's an alright place but you expect more time with doctors and bit more respect at reception when you spend this much money! Read Less

These folks have been my go-to vets since I moved to London nearly four years ago (as of the time of this writing). My dogs are not the easiest to get along with, but the staff and doctors have been super accommodating on the few times I've been there. While it might not be the least expensive place in town, the professionalism, compassionate approach, and convenience make it more than worthwhile. Especially recently, they have provided a lot of support for me as I look to be moving abroad with my dogs. They have a vet on staff who specializes in European transfers, and another for non-European transfers, which is quite helpful. I'm grateful to them for their support. Read Less

After seeing so many good reviews here, I went there the first time. So disappointing. Such a Money grabbing clinic that only concerns money and trying to pursue unnecessary procedures and medications. I will stay away from them. Read Less

Recently, I brought my cat to the vets to have a procedure done; I was very nervous about my cat going in as it was her first time. But thankfully I was reassured by Laura and Melanie that she would be fine and I came home with in fact an energetic and loving cat that day. At the vets my cat managed to of had food and water provided and a place to rest until I picked her up in the afternoon. The vet were very informative about what was going to happen during the procedure and what I had to do as a pet owner at the end of the day when it came to picking her up and taking her home (this was very reassuring for me). Overall, I was happy with the animal welfare standards met that day for her and I am glad that I chose this vet! :) Read Less

They put me at ease from the first phone call. As a new puppy owner I had lots of questions and concerns. They were understanding and patient with it all. The practice is very clean, while the staff are wonderfully friendly and genuinely love the animals they meet. I got a full puppy care info pack that included contacts for training, pet sitters etc. Feeling much more at ease with everything now. If only my doctors surgery was as nice as this! Read Less

Robbery in daylight, although nice staff. They take advantage of our love for our pets, and gives you unnecessary treatment in overpriced fees. They even charge you for prescription so you won't be able to buy in less expansive place. They administer the treatment without explaining why, and then you have to pay without knowing the price in the beginning.Read Less

Great clinic, great people. I can't thank enough to Zaila and Melanie for their great advice, support and help with my pet transport from London to Montevideo!! They provided excellent and professional support. It wasn't only Zaila and Melanie I talked to and the rest of the team has been doing great job too. This is a superb veterinary practice which I have been using for over 10 years. Every vet is caring, gentle, patient and highly professional, interacting well with both owners and pets. The vets stay with the practice for many years so that you can see the same person regularly; they know your pets and you and are always available to speak to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have been coming to this vet for just over a year now and have to say we've only ever had positive experiences. The first time we went to see them, we had an emergency with our Beagle female who was limping badly for a few days. They had us come in at 7.30 pm and attended all our needs carefully and thoroughly. The second visit was for vaccinations and we had several other issues throughout the year. So far, we've been very impressed by the clear communication of their staff, especially the head nurse. She remained calm and friendly at all times. We are also really, really pleased with Dr. Nichola Hinchy who has been taking care of our baby. What impressed us the most is that our previous vet from Munich, Germany where we had been living for 4 years (and where we got our dog from), took 3 years to find out about a small heart issue that our baby has (mitral valve prolapse - level 2) but Dr. Hinchy spotted it during our very first visit, without us mentioning. She has always explained any issues very clearly and thoroughly, taking all necessary steps to ensure our dog's safety. She has been friendly and always kept a positive attitude. We're very happy with her support and care and can only recommend her and the clinic in general. Prices are at a normal level for London and the waiting area is never overly filled. Hands down the best vet I've been to. They really think of everything - during vaccinations and microchipping, my dog receives lots of treats and cuddles and spends the whole time wagging his tail and licking the doctor; it's the opposite of a scary experience for him! They encourage social visits - dropping in to the practice just to say hi - in order for the animals not to associate going there with needles and examinations but with visiting friends. The atmosphere is super positive, the practice is perfectly clean and professional, everybody is friendly and happy to answer questions and accommodate requests.
