6 puppies were vaccinated and puppy packs were bought as well. I was advised that for second vaccine I can go to any vet4pet branch. When puppies were sold new owners tried to book appointments at other branchs( Luton and Wimbledon) and they were refused as the second vaccination should be done at the same branch or you need to pay additional cost. When I tried to contact and clear the problem the lady on phone was extremely rude and just hang phone. Please be careful when buying packs Read Less

Took my dog for a check up and the vet failed to notice patches on my dog's skin that I later found. I called and asked for another appointment but for that to be free as I already paid for a check up before (and it's not my fault the vet is incapable of doing a proper check) and the vet refused. The receptionist tried her best but the Vet is super unprofessional and no apology was made. She simply relayed her info to the receptionist and said the patches I found were probably 'harmless' and that I shouldn't worry. After a week, they spread even more. Pathetic. Read Less

The previous reviews seemed to have been removed along with mine. Like the other person who reviewed the place, I found the receptionist rude and careless over the phone. The vet is rude too. Didn't really listen to me and barely looked at me at times. I had came for a vaccine booster which had been paid for the previous time. I ended up being charged £72.00 because she performed a microscopic examination on my cat's ears without telling me it would cost £30 odd, and then charged me £40 odd for Surolan which is £12 online (prescription needed). She only had ear mites. You can get treatment for that in the pets at home - which is where they are - for about £4. Very shifty. She wasn't transparent enough. She also tried to guilt trip me. She said, "If I had told you before I performed the test, would you have just said no". No I wouldn't have, but there is honesty and transparency. Also, at one point I told her about being unhappy with the receptionists and she just looked at me blankly and said nothing. I assumed she just worked there, in fact she is the manager, she hired them. Read Less

Hi, I would like to say that this vets for pets is definitely not to take a care of animals. I am extremely disappointed as any time I called I came across with very rude attitude of the staff. Neither my last visit was last Monday: cloves of my cat some of them where not tripped and some of them some how done. It was a rude attitude towards us and the procedure has not been complited as they were delaying. Doctor consultation who barely speaks English and each question about was leaving the room to get the answer made me feeling very bad. The price was given to me by doctor in the consulting room was much less than I heard in reception during my payment. I paid 187 for consulting and the eye test. Results are still not ready. It was promised in 5 days to get the results. I highly do not recommend to treat your pets in this place!!! Waste of time, money and stress for your pet. I do not trust them and each my call I do not want to feel down after conversation. Today I did call to find out about results and on phone was really rude receptionist called by name Sarah. This is an absurd to meet such as arrogant and aggressive staff. It is really annoying!!! Where is kind, polite staff? Read Less
