Very good Veterinary Surgeons but BAD reception customer service .I already had some issues with them twice.
This place has been recommended to me by my partner that had very good experience with the Vet Pavel Martin so, I decide to sign in my dogs there as well.
1. I have called the reception in the morning to book evening appointment to see the recommended Vet - appointment had been booked but after arriving there I was informed that there is not booking for my dog name. We have travel 50 minutes to get there & has been waiting for another 30 minutes to be seen by other Vet .
The ladies on the reception are not nice or helpful at all !!!
2. Today , I have called them to book an appointment to see the Vet I wanted but as my dog has diarrhoea for last 4 days and she started judging me and saying to me that It's too late , why did you wait so long ?
Not sure if she should even in the position to judge someone !
I felt very unconformable & I guess this is very unprofessional.Few of my friends make me aware about the Reception issues but I wasn't listen to them .
Now I know what they has been talking about .

Very good vets. They really do care and they are professionals. The only downside is that it comes at a price. Services here are quite expensive. It is still worth it.

Just came back from seeing Dr Martin P, who saw our 2.5 year old hamster with eye problems. Really knowledgable, professional yet caring advice. My partner who is an eye doctor was really impressed and reassured.
Update: we saw the other vetinarian - Dr Karen - for our poorly hamster a month later. She was amazing. Efficient, caring, and highly committed vetinarian. And works crazy hours as far as we can see! We’re relieved we have these great docs in our area.

I recently had my dog treated for pancreatitis at vets4pets Hendon and I was extremely relieved and happy about the treatment my dog had as basically they saved his life. They were so caring and were only worried about my dogs health and not the money side of it as my dog wasn't insured so they always kept me updated regarding price and his well being. I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle, Tracey and Martin for their continuous support and care that they provided to me as well as my dog. I would definately recommend using this practise as they are very welcoming, caring and they go above and beyond for your animal.

Vets 4 pets Hendon was recommended by a friend- we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Vet Karen treated our lovely moggy with compassion and efficiency. She called regularly to check on her progress and was always accessible and available for advice, returning our calls promptly. We felt the service was excellent and good value for money. Needless to say we have a happy, healthier cat, and we as grateful, happy clients would not hesitate to recommend this Practice.

The worst practice I have ever been to. Dishonest and money orientated. Dr Martin and his chaotic team haven't got an idea how to treat customers. No clear prices and watered down advice on your pet's condition! But if you are prepared to hand over you insurance claim they know very well how to make sure, they won't be worse off. Beware of the manager: Michelle. The only person whom I had a pleasant customer experience with was Tracy. Thank you.

The worst practice you will never go.My sweet cat passed away because their negligence, dishonest and misconduct! I have been to this practice three times, Dr Martin and Steph all diagnosed my cat has dental issues as they only care about making money Instead of proper treatment. They gave antibiotics and removed lots of my 1 year old cats teeth in two month. Suddenly, my cats was off food, and we brought her to the practice the first thing in the morning .The doctor Steph even not proper examine her and said she need another dental appointment next day. He discharged us, and refused my request for a second opinion from the senior member of the team. On the same day, we brought my cat to another clinic, the vets diagnosed my cat has chonic kidney issues is a kidney issue and experiencing server kidney failure, just by physical examination. She is suffer from extremely pain and should never been discharged from the vets4pets at Hendon. It is a joke she been book for another dental treatment while she was clearly shown the critical symptoms. They could clearly diagnose my cat problem earlier and offer her appropriate treatment, but they don't care only care about easy way to make money. My cats passed away in the end! The "doctors" at the practice is certainly not have enough qualified knowledge to do proper vets job. All they think are making money from your vets! Don't go near them if you want your pets alive and healthy!

Just came back from seeing Dr Martin P, who saw our 2.5 year old hamster with eye problems. Really knowledgable, professional yet caring advice. My partner who is an eye doctor was really impressed and reassured.

I recently had my dog treated for pancreatitis at vets4pets Hendon and I was extremely relieved and happy about the treatment my dog had as basically they saved his life.
