The following aspects happened to me using this surgery, the last incident was on the 22/12/2017. Both my dogs had infections due to stitches on two different places on the body. They had their operations in separate years. I have raised this on several occasions, every time being told Rachel (Owner) would come back to me. She did both operations but to date have not had any verbal contact with me to address the issues. They are also demanding that I settle bills occurred due to the follow up appointments needed to correct the stitches infection. My Dogs are both severely afraid of this surgery and I cannot even bring them to the groomers without them shaking and peeing themselves. Thus, in conclusion I would not advise anyone to use this surgery if you are concerned about the points I raised above. Then I was also verbally abused by the surgery reception staff, they also called the store manager to remove me, once he arrived and witness the staff verbal assault and my calm demeanour he apologised for their behaviour and explained the whole complaints process and what I can do. I raised the issues I experienced with the staff through this process. My points were ignored, and no explanation, apology or compensation was provided for the ordeal I was put through. I will now proceed with legal action. I would not in good conscious be able to advise anyone to use this surgery, their ethics are in contradiction of my own. Read Less

Mixed reviews about this place. I had to take my guniea pig here about a bump on his head and the vet who looked at him was young and nervous and didn’t seem or spoke confidently. I left not feeling comfortable about the vets comments, recommendations or about the practice after I left. The second time I had to bring him back I had a different vet who seemed to know what she was talking about, was confident holding him and was lovely. I really do feel if I had seen the second vet he would still be here now or would have had less of a painful few months with us. I really don’t think you should allow your vets to see exotic pets unless they 100% fee comfortable with them rather than just fitting us in. The first vet even brought a towel out to hold him which kind of said it all. Should this not be mandatory practise? Book the correct vet for the pet? So for that reason double check who you book with and if you don’t feel confident with the vet at the time say, unlike I did. Read Less
