Always seem to be running very late. Suggests they over pack in appointments maybe? And today they didn’t even have my appointment that was arranged last week over the phone stored in the system. Not good having to wait so long every time when your cat is nervous at the surgery and in his basket. Vets themselves seem fine and surgery is at least clean but they need to sort out the appointments. Read Less

Useless. Just out for money. Sales spiel to get you to part with your money. Spent £700 on blood tests and urine tests for my Jack Russell and got no diagnosis as to what was wrong with him. Had to chase Dr. Syd for his results and recommendations as to what medication he should be on. Got prescribed "vitamins" for him, which were also over priced and only a vitamin. Had to bring him back to my previous vet for a proper diagnosis. Read Less

I recently took my kitten to this vets and basically paid for a 20minute sales pitch where the vet tried to just continually sell me products. The vet probably spent less than 1 minute actually looking at the kitten then charged me about £40 for the privilege plus prescription fees. I will definitely not go back here again and have since found a much friendlier vets. Read Less

Strongly recommended. State of the art equipment is one thing (and they have that), but you can't buy dedication like this. Our poor kitten Monty was poisoned and on his last legs and Vets4Pets Wimbledon managed to coax him back to happiness, going totally above and beyond in terms of hours and care. It's difficult to keep feelings out of such things, but we were also kept very well informed and even the bill was very reasonable, especially given the level of care. After our experience there, they have a customer for life. Read Less
