Brought my cat in as she suffers from what I've been told is an allergy by another vet, Who btw charged me a fortune time and time again to do random tests and no real results. When I brought her to brook green they diagnosed it and treated it immediately.
The staff are friendly and are so caring, Kerriann was particularly friendly.
If you want a vet that treats your pet as if it were theyre own then I recommend bringing them here.

I brought my Bearded Dragon Nacho here as one of his nails had grown backwards, Kerriann cut all his nails and was so gentle with him that he didn't act up at all. I will always be bringing Nacho here...

Hector ( Jackapoo) loves it so much I can't get him away from the door whenever we are passing. I find their communication about my dog very clear . Helpful reminder texts too as I am part of their discount club. So I never miss the flea treatments or boosters he needs. They gave me the number of our fabulous dog walker Judy too who is invaluable to us. So all in all from the moment I brought my puppy home they have made me feel safe and informed. We particularly love Kerri Anne and try hard not to pester her with too many social visits.

Brook Green Petcare are amazing and I can't recommend them enough. It's a lovely place and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It's calm and quiet every time we're there and our kitten has received the best care since she was little. She was spayed last week and it went really well, she took no time at all to recover, it was like she never had surgery. Most importantly I'm always confident in the staff at Brook Green Petcare and their helpful reassurance is always appreciated. I highly recommend them!

My dog was unable to breathe and collapsed while we were on holiday. We were lucky that we were near this vets as their care of him was second to none. I really thought that I would not be taking him home but after an afternoon on oxygen, he was back to normal. I don't know any names but vet, nurses and receptionist, were caring, supportive and professional. Thank you so much.

I cannot recommend Cecilia and her lovely colleagues at Petcare Brook Green more strongly. They love my dog and he loves them. They provide expert care, are wise, caring and reassuring and are always at the end of the phone for advice which is greatly appreciated. They also ring to check up after illness which is so kind. Kerriann volunteered to do things far beyond the call of duty on some faecal tests but probably not necessary to go into detail!! It is always a pleasure for me and my dog to go to the vet!!

I wish I had been bringing my cat Guinness to this vet practice sooner! The staff are excellent, knowledgable and very caring for our all animals. Ours is nearly 14 years old and over-weight but with help and vet recommended diet plan, he's finally losing weight and healthier than he's been in years. We signed up for the Pet Health Club right away and love that so much care, check-ups, boosters and weight checks are included. A couple of months ago, he came down with a gastro-infection (flu). I was terrified and worried but the people at Brook Green Petcare got him in right away with the necessary tests and treatment that he required. He was back to his old self soon and they even called to check in on him. In addition, they helped me with filing the pet insurance claim. (pet insurance is worth it!)

I brought my Bearded Dragon Nacho here as one of his nails had grown backwards, Kerriann cut all his nails and was so gentle with him that he didn't act up at all. I will always be bringing Nacho here for his check ups now :)

Hector ( Jackapoo) loves it so much I can't get him away from the door whenever we are passing. I find their communication about my dog very clear . Helpful reminder texts too as I am part of their discount club. So I never miss the flea treatments or boosters he needs. They gave me the number of our fabulous dog walker Judy too who is invaluable to us. So all in all from the moment I brought my puppy home they have made me feel safe and informed. We particularly love Kerri Anne and try hard not to pester her with too many social visits.

Brook Green Petcare are amazing and I can't recommend them enough. It's a lovely place and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It's calm and quiet every time we're there and our kitten has received the best care since she was little. She was spayed last week and it went really well, she took no time at all to recover, it was like she never had surgery. Most importantly I'm always confident in the staff at Brook Green Petcare and their helpful reassurance is always appreciated. I highly recommend them!

My dog was unable to breathe and collapsed while we were on holiday. We were lucky that we were near this vets as their care of him was second to none. I really thought that I would not be taking him home but after an afternoon on oxygen, he was back to normal. I don't know any names but vet, nurses and receptionist, were caring, supportive and professional. Thank you so much.

I cannot recommend Cecilia and her lovely colleagues at Petcare Brook Green more strongly. They love my dog and he loves them. They provide expert care, are wise, caring and reassuring and are always at the end of the phone for advice which is greatly appreciated. They also ring to check up after illness which is so kind. Kerriann volunteered to do things far beyond the call of duty on some faecal tests but probably not necessary to go into detail!! It is always a pleasure for me and my dog to go to the vet!!

Excellent service from initially making the appointment to our kitten seeing the vet. The vet was very caring and knowledgeable and very happy to answer all our questions. Whilst service and advice was great, we did have to wait a while for the appointment (which is too be expected). We will be coming back for our pet care needs!

I wish I had been bringing my cat Guinness to this vet practice sooner! The staff are excellent, knowledgable and very caring for our all animals. Ours is nearly 14 years old and over-weight but with help and vet recommended diet plan, he's finally losing weight and healthier than he's been in years. We signed up for the Pet Health Club right away and love that so much care, check-ups, boosters and weight checks are included. A couple of months ago, he came down with a gastro-infection (flu). I was terrified and worried but the people at Brook Green Petcare got him in right away with the necessary tests and treatment that he required. He was back to his old self soon and they even called to check in on him. In addition, they helped me with filing the pet insurance claim. (pet insurance is worth it!)
