I took my cat here for the first time recently and I thought they were great. The Vet handled her very well and was quick and she was in no way distressed. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was given incorrect information regarding prices on the phone. I knew exactly what services we needed (passport, microchip, rabies, tick/tapeworm, and health certificate) and was advised of the prices over the phone but those changed once it came time to pay and of course they increased rather than decreased. PLEASE READ- I went in to see Dr. Bruce six months ago with my French Bulldog, who kept scratching his ears. He examined him and told me that his ears were perfectly normal and that they just get dirty quicker in this breed, and that there is no quick fix, but rather that it is a longer process. All I needed to do was to clean my dog's ears every week with a solution that he sold me. The condition didn't get any worse, nor did it get better, six months later, so I decided to go in for a check up again. This time I was told that he does, in fact have an infection. I was given some antibiotic ear drops and was told to come back for a check up next week. The vet would then have to examine the ears again and if the problem is not gone, further tests need to be done in a lab. The only problem is that I came in with my dog having identical symptoms, only this time I am told he has an infection. This clearly shows that the infection was there the first time around. After reading about it on the internet, it is absolutely clear that all the signs of an infection were there six months ago. All in all, I had to pay 150 pounds the first time around, and another 130 today. Next week they want to charge me another 100 pounds, and possibly more for extensive lab tests. basically I am told I have to pay at least 400 pounds for a basic ear infection that is incredibly common in dogs with bat ears. When I told the vet that I think it isn't fair to charge twice for the same problem, when clearly he misdiagnosed my dog the first time, he became very hysterical and started shouting. I honestly believe that this practice is trying to milk as much money as possible out of everyone who walks through the door. On my first visit there, I left with 5 or 6 brochures recommending various types of surgery for French Bulldogs (for respiratory problems), when my dog doesn't even need surgery, and was only 6 months old at the time. "The thirst is real." That is the sentence I would use if I had to describe this practice. Save yourself some time and money and go someplace else, seriously. Also the clinic is beyond dirty, with filthy floors throughout. Read Less
