I apologise, it's a mistake from my part! I was in fact, adding this place to my favourites. If anything, I would rate this place 5 stars in a heartbeat.
I assume something went horribly wrong when I put it back in my pocket.
You can see that the staff here actually care about the animals you bring in and don't take it simply as a daily task. Which is something I value a lot on top of excellent advice and professionalism that you would expect from a veterinary.

Just had a lovely meeting with new nurse Victoria to talk about the puppy and get his next lot of worm and tick and fleas treatments. She gave me some very useful information - mainly to do with puppy growth and neat ways of telling if he is becoming overweight.
And of course receptionist Sue gave us a great welcome and spent a few minutes saying hi to the pup.
