A couple of days ago I had to let my beloved Bartie go to join his brothers Ozzie and Scamp. What can I say about Andrew kind considerate and huge empathy amazing. Charly amazing lady who over the last few weeks I have cried down the phone to and I was so pleased she was there along with Andrew to prepare my Bartie for his final moments.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and all the team for everything you have done over the last 17 years for Hugo. Throughout all his ups and downs I have always known he was in the best and most caring hands which gave me great comfort.
Saying goodbye is never easy, but it was his time and you made it as peaceful and respectful as possible in these difficult times.

What a wonderful genuine guy Andrew is not only a Top vet who know's his subject he really cares about the animal's is not motivated by greed.Nurse Gareth is a very comforting support ..After an awful experience at the goddard emergency 24hr in northolt which cost a fortune and did not diagonose my pets illness or point of pain...which i had to go to out of hour's i advise anyone with yur beloved pet's to go to this vet as he is not a chain run group & a better level of care and peace of mind & spot on diagnoses.Geraldine

Andrew is not only the kindest, but he is also the best vet I've ever encountered, in over forty years of dealing with vets. A gentleman who always acts in the best interest of his patients. Never has he suggested unnecessary treatment. His advice has always been sound. One of our dogs in particular needs repeat prescriptions, and Andrew is completely okay with checking the condition hasn't worsened, then writing out a prescription for us to hand over to an on-line pharmacy.
Reception staff are incredibly efficient and friendly too. I'm so lucky he's local, I would willingly travel to have my pets seen by Andrew.

Can't rate this veterinary practice highly enough and have never spoken to anyone who has had a problem with this practice. I have been bringing my animals here for years and have found the most caring, helpful staff I have ever come across. I have never felt overcharged or that a procedure was not necessary. Andrew Wood cares very deeply for the animals and also for the humans that accompany them. I would never want to take my animals anywhere else.

This clinic is superb. We have just had our first appointment there (just a manual initial check-up) and have been so reassured by the gentle and caring approach from the staff. Our 12 week old kitten started off slightly anxious, then became incredibly docile after being handled by Andrew. He even fell asleep as we put him back in his cat box! We love this clinic already. Can't rate this veterinary practice highly enough and have never spoken to anyone who has had a problem with this practice. I have been bringing my animals here for years and have found the most caring, helpful staff I have ever come across. I have never felt overcharged or that a procedure was not necessary. Andrew Wood cares very deeply for the animals and also for the humans that accompany them. I would never want to take my animals anywhere else.

When we lost our darling Pip, Andrew made all the arrangements which took an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders! A great practice, with professional caring staff! You'll find none better, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

This clinic is superb. We have just had our first appointment there (just a manual initial check-up) and have been so reassured by the gentle and caring approach from the staff. Our 12 week old kitten started off slightly anxious, then became incredibly docile after being handled by Andrew. He even fell asleep as we put him back in his cat box! We love this clinic already.
