I was recommended Takeshi by a good friend after I had been unhappy with a larger more commercial clinic we had used for some time. It was especially important as our beautiful and loved Labrador Tosca was approaching end of life. Takeshi was so compassionate and guided us through everything so well. When it came to the end, his sensitivity was amazing. Dog owners will all know how hard it is to say goodbye to their beloved pet especially after 14 years. An unbearable moment would have been so much worse if it had not been for Takeshi taking his time to explain everything and making the moment so peaceful. I was given all the time I needed to say goodbye. In a few short visits he had already bonded with Tosca so there was no fear or trauma. Ashley vets may not have a glitzy building to practice in but in Takeshi’s hands you know you are well cared for by a genuinely compassionate vet and I couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t thank you enough. Read Less

I cannot compliment the Walton Road branch in Molesey enough! We have been in four times, once for a puppy check, then when Kiki got kennel cough, and a nasty bite to her eye a few days after. They are so wonderful and caring, even the nurses at reception are very welcoming and compassionate. The vet handled Kiki wonderfully, very gentle etc, as she can be a bit shy with new people. I would highly recommend, I actually look forward to when we go, as I know the treatment and service will be first class! Read Less

I take my rabbits to this vet and they have always been really good. It's difficult to find a vet that knows how to deal with rabbits and although Belinda is not a rabbit expert, she certainly knows more about them than the other vet I saw. She recently helped my rabbit get over a bout of GI statis. She even went out to the supermarket especially to buy him fresh vegetables to try and tempt him into eating again.Read Less
