Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in with an emergency - floppy dog, unable to walk, convulsing, frothing at the mouth and being sick. Was told there was no way she could be seen quickly and I wo...
Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in with an emergency - floppy dog, unable to walk, convulsing, frothing at the mouth and being sick. Was told there was no way she could be seen quickly and I would have to wait for an hour and a half. The receptionist even said 'yes she's not looking too good is she', but still refused to let us see a vet. Had to get back in the car and drive another 15 minutes to a different emergency vet.
If they can't see emergency cases then don't advertise as an emergency vet - particularly when we called the emergency number on their website and was told to go there.
Won't ever be using again.

A fantastic practice. I've taken my dog here since I got him and they've assisted me greatly by offering me advice and assurance from when he was a puppy.
I take him regularly for Health Checks and booster jabs and I get my worm & flea treatment directly from them. They offer a great deal by getting 6 months free if you buy a years worth of treatment.
The staff are friendly and remember your pet, my dog tries to drag me in every time we go past because he just loves it in there so much.
I couldn't ask for a better practice as a dog owner. Highly recommend.

Beech House have brought my older dog Bertie back from very serious illnesses and incidents on multiple occasions. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and concerned with your pet's welfare. They are unfazed by more challenging dogs who don't behave as well as they should at the vets! I highly recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in with an emergency - floppy dog, unable to walk, convulsing, frothing at the mouth and being sick. Was told there was no way she could be seen quickly and I would have to wait for an hour and a half.
