First time pet owner and I cannot thank the staff at the Wembley, Preston Road branch enough. All colleagues have such a loving approach which really shows through their handling of pets who are instantly made to feel at home. Truly a commendable work team, your hard work does not go unnoticed, you all work around the clock to make sure you provide the best for each pet and their owner and it shows. I am extremely grateful for all that you do.

As a family we have used this practice for many years with our pets, most recently with my Mum's elderly cat Obi.
Unfortunately a couple of months ago Obi became very ill and and despite many visits to Goddards it became obvious that he wasn't going to make it and we reluctantly agreed to end his suffering.
We want to thank everyone at Goddards, Preston Rd and the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital in Northolt for their care and professionalism, they were all excellent.
We particularly want to thank the staff at Preston Rd for the hand written sympathy card signed by them all, my Mum really appreciated this.

When l took my dog Max last year,because he was cover in strange lumps. l was hoping for a vet that treated you and your pet with the right amount of time and thoughtfulness. Jasmina the vet is such a lovely lady. She is professional without being pompous. She listens to your worries and fears without making you feel a bother. My beautiful boy had multicentric lymphoma, and today l made the decision to let him go and be free of pain. Jasmina and Jacky made the sad decision easier. I would recommend the surgery highly.

Unfortunately a couple of months ago Obi became very ill and and despite many visits to Goddards it became obvious that he wasn't going to make it and we reluctantly agreed to end his suffering.

When l took my dog Max last year,because he was cover in strange lumps. l was hoping for a vet that treated you and your pet with the right amount of time and thoughtfulness. Jasmina the vet is such a lovely lady. She is professional without being pompous. She listens to your worries and fears without making you feel a bother. My beautiful boy had multicentric lymphoma, and today l made the decision to let him go and be free of pain. Jasmina and Jacky made the sad decision easier. I would recommend the surgery highly.
