My dog and I received some fantastic service from a new member of the reception staff when we came to collect his worming tablets earlier today. Rachel (Ward) welcomed us to the practice with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. She then helped me to calm down (and weigh) my 7-month-old Irish Setter, Dexter, who was a little nervous about getting on the scales. She was polite and professional throughout the process and explained everything to me thoroughly. Our visit was a pleasant experience which made all the difference to both Dexter and myself. She is a great addition to the already brilliant team at Vets4Pets Bury, and we feel she deserves appreciation and recognition for a job well done! Keep up the good work, Rachel, and thank you so much for all your help! 🐶 Read Less
