My family relies on Ray, Cindy, Andrea and the team at Broken Cross partly because their charges were always going up and their care was less than caring. Ray gives sound advice, he tells you straight about the options and is a great vet. Everyone is friendly and sympathic - we've had two cats put to sleep at the surgery and they even send you a sympathy card. Ray runs a "proper" vet surgery - not some faceless service and we feel there is no better practice in Macclesfield.

Our 8 week old Jack Russell puppy contracted Parvo , & Broken Cross vetinary Surgery being the closest was where we rushed him, & that's when we met Ray & his team & against our better judgment Ray insisted on keeping him in to treat , as he knew immediately of the severity of his illness , needless to say our puppy boy was mended & coming home after 5 days .
Broken Cross Vets for us is the only place for our animals simply because they have high standards on comparison & love for all the animals that enter through their door .

They were no help! They were very stuck up, not welcoming.The place isn't properly equipped, it looks like a museum not a vets. They said my dog was okay, didn't test properly. Took her to another vet...

More importantly on a couple of occasions I have rushed our cat there with unknown urgent problems and they have always seen to him as soon as I have walked through the door, and take the time to explain to what is wrong.

My family relies on Ray, Cindy, Andrea and the team at Broken Cross partly because their charges were always going up and their care was less than caring. Ray gives sound advice, he tells you straight about the options and is a great vet.
