I’ve been a customer of Ashliegh’s for about 35 years, that’s actually longer than the owners have had it.. Bernard and Aiden were both spring chickens then. I have had many pets over the years, I hear people moan about a pound here or there. They have looked after not just my animals but also me, when I’ve been heartbroken they gave me time to grieve, in many cases hours with my pets. I recently had to take my English Springer in with a small tail injury, but as with tail injuries and springers it became very very nasty, I came under the caring hands of Beth Herbert who made my very poorly puppy very comfortable, making sure to see her every two days to continue her treatment, sometimes, may I add twice a day. The dreaded question arose about ten days into treatment that maybe if things didn’t get better docking Daisy’s tail would be the only option. Beth picked up my reluctance to except the easy option and went gung ho in a direction that not only saved my puppy tail, but gained her a friend for life. My puppy has had Syringes, plastic mesh, bandages, silver, honey and finally a bottle strapped to her tail, we now refer to Beth as Aunty Beth. So from the bottom of my heart and tip of Daisy’s tail, we say thank you. As MasterCard would put it Priceless. Please don’t haggle over the price of amazing service, also give them a little credit, they aren’t there just for the money, they are Vetrinary surgeons and nurses, they like yourself love animals, in fact they love all Animals, so if the receptionist is grumpy, o an member of staff feels I little off, remember they saved my dog today but may not of saved many others. Take a deep breath, hold your panic, take a moment and work together.
