Doug has been a patient here for the past 4 years and we can honestly say that we have only good things to say. The staff are friendly and efficient and make Doug feel at ease even though he is a nervous dog. The surgery is a little dated but that makes no difference to us or the service we receive. Lovely clinic with amazing staff, always very helpful and friendly. I Have used this clinic for five years and never been disappointed, very attentive to my dog who hated going to the vets prior to going here, always wagging his tail when he visits either vet at the practice. The door was left open the whole time even though various people were walking past with different pets. Horrifically handled my rabbits to the point one had a stress attack and the other one almost jumped off the table. The vet was extremely rude when I expressed my concern. Excellent vets - I have taking my cats to this vets since 2002 and would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a vets in this area - I even travel from Chorlton to Didsbury as I prefer to go to Boundary rather than my local vets. Read Less

I have been to Boundary about four times and each and every time they have been fantastic. My guinea pigs, Mortis and Snow Wraith have both been neutered and each time the stitching were very neat and the recovery times very quick. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs to go to a vet. If I need help with my pets, I know that they are in excellent hands. Read Less

We moved to Didsbury and wanted to get our mini schnauzer registered straight away. When I phoned up to register at Boundary vets, the nurse assistant said I must bring my dog in for a check-up which costed 25, but after that check-up we were told by another nurse assistant that we didn't need to do this just for registration. A few months later we were back for our dog's annual vaccinations. I was horrified by the lack of hygiene in this place! The shelves were very rusty, unclean, really bad odour in the reception area. The system is very old school, black and white box monitor and everything else was recorded by hand. When we went into the clinic room the white tiles had gone brown, and we could see into the kennel area where it was dark, a damp smell coming from there and the mouldy cages looked like a dog pound. I couldn't believe it! The vet himself was so odd, sarcastic and gave us a lot of funny looks when we tried to ask him questions. After he vaccinated our dog he went to wash his hands with a bar of brown soap he picked off the side, then wiped his hands on his coat! We ran after this experience. After talking to other dog owners in this area apparently loads of people have fled from this vets after one visit. Read Less

Fantastic vets, trust them completely with all our animals. Have taken many of my animals to them over the years, the main one being my GSD the took care of him all of his life with me, the day we said goodbye, they booked us in last and stayed longer so we could say our goodbyes.
