My dog, Cosmo, has been registered at the Monton branch since he was a puppy, he is now nearly 10 years old. Every member of staff takes the time to give him a fuss when he walks through the door, and are always helpful, and try to make his experience as pleasant as possible with the lovely nurses singing to him to try and relax him as he has a reputation for being a little dramatic. Although we tend to see a different vet, which isn,t a problem,the continuity of the nursing and reception team makes a big difference. Thank you Monton branch you are all lovely, and although he doesn’t show it, Cosmo, does like you.

Cat died the other month after being hit by a car. Very little empathy from the receptionist despite crying girlfriend in front of waiting room. Suggest better training when dealing with these matters...

Hard to get appointment at convenient time. They rearranged an appointment as I shouldn't have been given that time so when I went on the available appointment they had run out of vaccine. Other than waiting around for the vaccines to arrive from another branch there were no other options given. Couldn't wait around so cats vaccines have now lapsed & cattery won't take them until they are renewed.

Managed to fit us in last minute which made life so much easier. Was only a simple claw clipping for our puppy Norris, who had a little limp because it was hurting him.
Vets were awesome, very good with the dogs and the customer service was amazing. A proper surgery ran by proper pet lovers.
They even did it for free with us being returning customers... 10/10

I have always used Beuchannan's in Irlam, since the surgery was on Silver Street, I have always had a good experience and they have looked after various pets over the years, the service now however is shocking! I took our cat to the practice in Irlam earlier this month, my appointment was at 09:40, I was still there an hour after at which point I noticed that they were letting people in before me who did not have appointments, one lady who turned up WITHOUT A PET even managed to get in before me, I asked why and the lady on reception was very dismissive, apparently the lady with no pet had an appointment at the chiropodist to get too so it seems that a good story trumps having an appointment. I have a professional career just like the vet that I needed to get back too. Anyway, I gave up shortly after and left as it did not look like I was going to get in any time soon. My partner called the practice to complain, the vet who she spoke too couldn't care less, she said that if I hadn't left that I would eventually be seen, you could imagine her on the other end of the phone just shrugging her shoulders! Anyway, I took our cat to All Creatures in Glazebrook which is excellent, if Beuchannan's works for you then great but I won't recommend the place.

The care from the vets is always excellent. I only wish we didn't have to wait 30+mins EVERY time we attend. When you have a dog that isn't sociable with other animals and stresses himself something silly when we attend it's not ideal. We attended yesterday for a post op check and very nearly left after 45 mins waiting without having been seen due to another appt.

Joined my two Akitas to the Healthy Pet Club and visited here this morning. I was feeling a bit nervous as Bella and Daisy aren't the best behaved but the staff were really friendly and helpful with lots of treats on hand! I would highly recommend here.

My dog, Cosmo, has been registered at the Monton branch since he was a puppy, he is now nearly 10 years old. Every member of staff takes the time to give him a fuss when he walks through the door, and are always helpful, and try to make his experience as pleasant as possible with the lovely nurses singing to him to try and relax him as he has a reputation for being a little dramatic. Hard to get appointment at convenient time. They rearranged an appointment as I shouldn't have been given that time so when I went on the available appointment they had run out of vaccine. Vets were awesome, very good with the dogs and the customer service was amazing. A proper surgery ran by proper pet lovers.
