I am writing this around 20 minutes after leaving this shambles of a place.Spoken to with disdain by a receptionist that frightened the hell out of me, never mind the poor animals she may come in contact with. We took Harley our 4 month old pup for a routine check up(only registered with them very recently). We signed up to the £85 package deal as it seemed good value. The initial visit was great, spoke to a female vet of foreign origin who was lovely and said we have a fit and healthy dog. Went today and spoke to one of them "vets who think they are a vet until you ask them anything of importance and then they have to seek the proper vet" She said will we mind waiting in the waiting room a "short while" as the vet is tending to a more importance. Not a problem and I was happy to wait my turn.Just before, this "vet who wasn't a vet" commented that our dogs hind legs look bowed more than they should be which seemed an astute observation as earlier she appeared not to know the right amount of food our dog should be eating!! This was the area of concern that we awaited the second opinion. We waited. . . . We waited . . . . . Then "lippy" parps up that there is a very long wait as the vet is busy and it is now going to cost us £28.50 for the privilege of the second opinion!!!! This has now gone into a consultation she says speaking to us like something on the bottom of her shoe. There was a lady behind in agreement with our disgust. This Google rant is just the start.
