Excellent vets. Treatment of animals is second to none. Would have given 5 stars if the fees were a little lower. Some of the prices are much too high, particularly for medication.

Jackie , the highly qualified veterinary nurse , even fills out the insurance claims for us ( perhaps this is where whoever wrote the poor review could have avoided issues.) No matter how busy they are I've always been able to be seen on the same day when the inevitable emergencies that come with two active dogs occur .

We have been with Briar Dawn Vets for the past 5 years with our 2 spaniels Lottie and Skye. The care and compassion the staff have shown our pets has been outstanding. We always know that our girls are in safe hands and we have the upmost trust in every member of staff. Our girls have had complex problems that the staff have worked to cure, they even sought advice from national specialists and Universities to help get one of our dogs allergies under control. From a cost point of view I always feel that the price is fair and never feel I have been over charged or the girls have undergone unnecessary treatment, this is NOT a practice that is target driven and we really value this.
This is a great family orientated practice that always puts the pets and their owners first.
Thank you Briar Dawn for providing a 5 star service. Keep up the good work!

Briar Dawn vets treat your pets with the highest standard of care and attention as if the patient was their own. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional and I can honestly say that I trust them 100%. I have found them extremely supportive during those hard times that pet owners go through and nothing is too much trouble for them as your pet's welfare is important.
They are a hard working team who are more than willing to give advice from flea/tick treatment to serious illnesses and accidents, each pet is treated with respect and the dignity they deserve.
I have been going to Briar Dawn for many years, usually more than once a month, and have nothing negative to say about the practice.
I can't praise Jocelyn and her fantastic team enough for helping Ben through a recent leg amputation, They got him back to being a happy dog again and was running around on a beach playing ball just 7 weeks after the surgery. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that has a pet.

Briar Dawn vets treat your pets with the highest standard of care and attention as if the patient was their own. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional and I can honestly say that I trust them 100%. I have found them extremely supportive during those hard times that pet owners go through and nothing is too much trouble for them as your pet's welfare is important.
They are a hard working team who are more than willing to give advice from flea/tick treatment to serious illnesses and accidents, each pet is treated with respect and the dignity they deserve.
I have been going to Briar Dawn for many years, usually more than once a month, and have nothing negative to say about the practice.
I can't praise Jocelyn and her fantastic team enough for helping Ben through a recent leg amputation, They got him back to being a happy dog again and was running around on a beach playing ball just 7 weeks after the surgery. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that has a pet.
