I was very impressed with the kind & compassionate attitude of all the staff when I suddenly ended up there after my cat had died. I particularly appreciated the card signed by all the staff & the fur clipping which I was sent. I am also very appreciative of one of the Pets at Home staff Alan who initiated everything after the crisis and for coming to talk to me during a recent visit. My only complaint is that when I rang up the vets about my cat they wrongly said she was unchipped thus giving me false hope that it wasn't my cat. This greatly added to an already stressful situation.

Just got home from visiting vets4pets at Rochdale. I saw the vet Amy. She is so lovely with us and our king charles spaniels. They are 2yrs old and have been to this vets with them since we got them 2 years ago. We have had many visits to Amy and everytime she is so helpful, gentle, knowledgeable and always answers all our questions and puts us at ease. The vets always fit me in in an emergancy on the day which is a great service. I have a payment plan with the vets which is peace of mind that everything is covered. The costs are always reasonable i am always happy with what i am charged. Amy has even on some occasions seen us just for advice and given us reasurance at no cost.
Vets4pets Rochdale is a great vets- i trust them with my boys ( and i dont trust many people with them!) they have always done a great caring helpful job everytime i have been to see them and also cured any problem i or my boys have had. Its sad to see any negitive reviews on here as thats certainly not the experience i have ever had there.

I was very impressed with the kind & compassionate attitude of all the staff when I suddenly ended up there after my cat had died. I particularly appreciated the card signed by all the staff & the fur clipping which I was sent.
