I have taken all my pets, from dogs to cats to rabbits to see Jim and his team. I would never take my pets anywhere else. The dedication of the whole team is amazing. Its a scary place for pets and they always make mine feel at ease. The communication and the explanation of the health issue is done so we fully understand wheat is going on and what needs to be done. Even had a hand written letter off Jim explaining everything to me when i had to have my cat put to sleep and i was too upset to stay. Keep up the excellent work . From Joanne Pennington Read Less
