Last October we rescued an elderly cat who became really ill recently and Claire eased his passing at Hunt's Poynton Clinic. Our family have used hunts for years, I would never go anywhere else. This week we had to say goodbye to our beloved border collie Holly who was 15. They have always treated her and myself with the greatest of respect, keeping us updated on things and I can 100% trust their judgement on what medication or treatment is needed. This week they showed me so much compassion on both Wednesday evening and also Thursday morning when I was waiting for them to open with my very sick dog. I was touched that Emma even commented that she was thinking of her after she went home Tuesday hope that she was ok. We got time to spend with holly and no decision was made hastily. I'm even more touched by the card I have received today in the post. Not only have they personally wrote the card they also took time out of their busy day to print Holly's last paw print in the card. It's something that I will cherish. I have always used hunts with every pet starting in poynton and moving to woodley with my home change. The vets are fantastic and fees reasonable. My biggest issue is wait time. It's a drop in service but at woodley in particular you will wait in excess of an hour (today I'm at an hour and a quarter and there is still two in front of me).
