AVOID AT ALL COST . THIS VET LEFT MY DOG BLEEDING TO DEATH. She went to be spade and have a small peace sized lump removed. The ovaries were cut and not stitched . She came out still bleeding and was bleeding to death. She needed a blood transfusion and still needs treatment a month later. Not 1 reply to my email. I also reported to the royal college of vets. I recommend anyone with a complaint they do the same. STAY WELL AWAY .

Absolutely disgusted with the practice!! Personally I don't use the services for my own dog but I found an extremely poorly stray that needed checking if she was microchipped as she could not hold her own weight and kept falling over so I took her to the nearest vets which was romiley vets. I arrived and the practice was closed so rang the emergency number as it was and he told me he couldn't help me he's too interested in putting money before the welfare of animals! Shouldn't be allowed to practice in my opinion!

Jochen castrated my long haired chihuahua Simba for me in December 2019. I was very happy with the service I received, both Jochen and the receptionist (whose name I can’t remember, sorry!) were very helpful and also very reassuring, and also very accommodating with appointments. Simba has now made a good recovery after having his stitches removed this week. I also found Jochen to be very knowledgeable and he gives you all the time you need to talk things through, I even came away with plenty of tips for training my chihuahua. Thank you, we will return with any further vetinary needs! Tilly & Harley.

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* Would never ever take a pet here after the shocking 'emergency' treatment tonight & the appalling way I was spoken to on the phone! Upon coming home I noticed my cat was extremely poorly, I haven't been in this situation so rang up the 'emergency out of hours' and the way I was spoken was disgusting, Straight away about money even though I explained I just wanted to get help for my car who was in a lot of pain & costs weren't an issue I just needed emergency help for her. Will never ever take any animal here ever & would recommend no one else does either. Ended up going up to pet medics who were brilliant & so very kind to me given the circumstances. Unfortunately it was a blood clot & my cat had to be put to sleep, she would have been in pain for less time however if it weren't the shocking treatment & flat out refuseal of any help from romiley veterinary clinic! Even abit of compassion in such sad circumstances wouldn't go a miss! My cat was 14 it was obviously very upsetting seeing her in pain & this 'business' did not care about helping her at all! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Absolutely disgusted with the practice!! Personally I don't use the services for my own dog but I found an extremely poorly stray that needed checking if she was microchipped as she could not hold her own weight and kept falling over so I took her to the nearest vets which was romiley vets. I arrived and the practice was closed so rang the emergency number as it was and he told me he couldn't help me he's too interested in putting money before the welfare of animals! Shouldn't be allowed to practice in my opinion!

Jochen castrated my long haired chihuahua Simba for me in December 2019. I was very happy with the service I received, both Jochen and the receptionist (whose name I can’t remember, sorry!) were very helpful and also very reassuring, and also very accommodating with appointments.
