My dog has had 'Vac 4 Life' since he was a puppy. He was neutered by your Altrincham branch approximately 3 years ago with success but unfortunately his entropion surgery failed at this branch. My com...
My dog has had 'Vac 4 Life' since he was a puppy. He was neutered by your Altrincham branch approximately 3 years ago with success but unfortunately his entropion surgery failed at this branch. My complaint regarding this procedure made it impossible to stay at the branch and forced to move to my membership to Cheadle as I had lost faith in the veterinary surgeon in Altrincham.
My dog suffered a trauma to his leg. My dogs are not insured and could not afford a specialist surgeon so searched for a vet with an interest in orthopaedics. I felt it was in the dogs best interest to allow this surgeon to operate on him. But because I used a more experienced vet, Cheadle Vets 4 Pets have removed his Vac4Life. Terms and conditions do not state anything about using different vets but it does state they have a right to refuse a pet for any reason it considers necessary. I wanted to give my dog the best possible chance of recovery but have been penalised for not using a their standard vet.
