Rang this vets over two weeks ago to book my two puppies in for their second injections. Saw the ratings on google and thought I was going to a good vets but clearly not! Turned up to the vets today and as soon as we walked in they asked if it was Poppy and Lilly and we was told that our puppies can't have their injections because they don't have the type we need (canigen). I was never told this over the phone, and I didn't even receive a phone call to confirm everything was right before my arrival. I am a receptionist myself, and if I am unsure of something I ring that guest to confirm before they turn up! My phone number was given at the time of the phone call so they have no excuses. My boyfriend had to finish work early to come to this appointment so it's not as easy to just come back tomorrow. I will not be recommending this vets to anyone and I honestly don't recommend it to anyone even considering this vets for their beautiful pets. Luckily, we have found a better vets who have agreed to fit us in today because of our bad experience we have had with this vets. Better communication skills and customer service are needed. Don't book us in if you clearly don't know what you are doing. Read Less
