Extremely friendly and welfare of animals paramount. Professional service at all times. Obvious that staff really love all the animals that visit the centre. They are very experienced and highly trained nursing staff. Both vets are very experienced and up to date with the newest treatments available for animals. Altogether a special veterinary practise.

I was walking my dog Jack and he was chasing after a ball. All of a sudden he began to cry and he couldn't use his back legs I carried him home and took him to another vets. The vet gave him morphine ...
I was walking my dog Jack and he was chasing after a ball. All of a sudden he began to cry and he couldn't use his back legs I carried him home and took him to another vets. The vet gave him morphine and told me he needed an MRI and surgery I went home and rang my pet insurance they stated that they would only pay out 2000 and the MRI alone was in the price range of 1500! I panicked and went on to Facebook to ask for help one of the vet nurses contacted me and came to see jack she advised me to see the vet in the morning and they could try the lazor treatment they used I rang in the morning and they fitted me in straight away the vet was great and explained everything to me it was touch and go for my dog and I was very worried they staff I feel recognised this and dealt with my dog (who is very nervous at the vets) and me they was very supportive and give me lots of advise to help Jack a week later of the lazor treatment and steroids he's not back to normal but he's using his back legs and he's beginning to actually like the vets and the people there as they always make a fuss of him. I can't believe the difference in him and it's all because of the vets I thought that when the insurance wouldn't pay out I thought that my dog would of had to be put to sleep due to lack of quality of life but they've given his life back and we are both really greatful and we can't thank you enough

Last time I spent longer waiting to pay than I actually did with the vet.... DO NOT BOTHER, TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE SERVICE IS APPALLING

Very expensive. Best part of 70 for booster jab and kennel cough. Quoted 40 by another vet in the Wigan area, unfortunately after already forking out here!!

No social skills from 'Ian'. Rude and couldn't wait to get you out the door. Would help if the vet actually liked animals?! Would not recommend.
