To anyone who would like a honest review please read further . I have had many many pets over the last 15 years all rescue so I am experienced enough to know when a good veterinary services are needed for my pets when they become ill . I was therefore absolutely shocked to hear what a friend of ours was treated by this surgery.my friend woke up one morning over Christmas to find his 10 year beloved Labrador had passed away in the night .He was happy healthy before.Asyou can imagine the owners were heartbroken.There dog had had surgery 6 weeks before & had made a full recovery. ..... no problems at all so they were confused, & bewildered by his passing, They therefore phoned the surgery were the dog was registered at ........ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY HAD TO WRAP UP THE PET & take it too the GSPCA ..... can any pet owner imagine what this must have been like a journey from hell to put it .... surely some kind of procedure should have happened..No nothing at all that's it the end ..... it's a horrendous story but I afraid it's true .... The pet owner has now moved on to a surgery were this would never had happened..... in my eyes Jan deserves a MBE for not only the work she does here but also the continuous work she does for animals in Romania & anywhere else for that matter Sadly this was a oversight on the surgery but a hard & heartbreaking story .... Chris and all team at Isabelle Vets have always provided a fantastic service to my two dogs. One has been plagued with large growths for most of her adult life which have been removed by the team and the level of care provided has always been second to none. Despite all of the operations both dogs still wag their way in the door and wag their way out again. Read Less

Isabelle vets have been looking after our pets for many years. Over the years they've taken care of our cats, dogs and horse who between them have suffered different ailments and injuries and we have had to have dogs and cats put to sleep. Looked after both our dogs really well. Sadly lost one 2 and half years ago and one 2 wks ago, thank you to Sarah Jayne who sadly had to put both dogs to sleep, excellent vet and caring and compassionate.
