What a difference! Moved to Budget vets years ago as I had 6 cats and it was cheaper. Most of the vets didn't care about my cats, then they didn't listen to me and my 6 year old cat died. Have now gone back to Bridge. I can't describe how different their attitude and care are. The vet listened to me, didn't rush me, looked after my old boy and brought him back out the car to talk me through his treatments and the way forward. He told me that, for a 17 year old cat, he is incredibly healthy. This is a cat that Budget advised us to euthanise a few weeks ago as he was being sick. I wish I'd gone back to Bridge years ago; their service was always 2nd to none. And to top it all, they were cheaper for the blood tests than Budget!! I am one happy customer, thanks to Will, the vet.

Can't believe not only do they charge to see the vet and for the medication, they also charge a hefty dispensing fee as well. You expect to pay for the vet and the medication. When you're looking at...
Can't believe not only do they charge to see the vet and for the medication, they also charge a hefty dispensing fee as well. You expect to pay for the vet and the medication. When you're looking at a £5 dispensing fee on top I thought was absolutely disgusting. Obviously they are out to drain your wallets when your only thought is your loved one getting better or being comfortable in their final months!

I had an emergency appointment today and these guys pulled out all the stops to help. Very reasonably priced too, the best value for any pet owners money.

What a difference! Moved to Budget vets years ago as I had 6 cats and it was cheaper. Most of the vets didn't care about my cats, then they didn't listen to me and my 6 year old cat died. Have now gone back to Bridge. I can't describe how different their attitude and care are.
