I would like to thank Fiona and the nurses who looked after our 16year old staffy Red a few weeks back. After having him for 12years unfortunately he could no longer carry on but Fiona was great in explaining everything the nurses let me go in and visit him while he was on IV drip. Also a thank you to the vet (cant remember her name) who came to our house to have him put to sleep as we couldnt contain our grief i dont even remember what we saod to her. I think vets see animals go through all sorts but they show compassion and realise these lovely animals are our dearly loved fur babies. Also David who cares for our other woofer China. I'm so impressed with the wonderful care both surgeries provided for Beaux our Boxer who had quite a big operation on her eye. A great surgery you couldn't ask for a better team of staff. Kind compassionate and patient. I have too many pets and they are all treated amazingly. We have used the VHC as our Cattery Vets for 16 yrs. They are always good with the (mainly) cats and nothing seems any trouble. We often get urgent appointments at short notice. We can highly recommend them. Read Less

This practice has looked after my dogs since we moved to the area in 2002. All of the staff are friendly, caring and professional. My dogs have always been treated superbly both in and out of hours. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. I reccomend them whole heartedly! Read Less
