Very poor service by this Veterinary practice. When I requested a copy of the notes and a letter due to receiving inconsistent advice by different vets, receptionist offered a call back due to the vet not being available to talk to me. Call back lasted 2 hours with the vet (one of the business partners James ) who not once apologised for the inconsistent information given by his staff. He was very rude and told me I was medically incompitant of anything that was going on (even though he doesn't know my profession) At the end of the call said "it's a good job I'm not a lawyer as I would have billed you for my time at £300 an hour " I'm actually shocked at how he was so one sided. My cat needed an emergency appointment and our regular vets wouldn't answer the phone for 2 hours in the morning of constant phoning so I was desperatly lookin around for a new vet , lucky I found this vet, called and was booked in within an hour . Vet and staff was absolutely lovely. They helped my poorly boy , got rid of the bad infection drained it . Gave antibiotics and painkiller. I really can't thank you enough . Your staff are amazingly helpful and I will be transferin all my cats to you . You was there when my own vets wasn't . Really am so greatful thank you ! Read Less
