I would not recommend this veterinary clinic. My 9 year old dog recently became very uncomfortable on a front leg but responded well to antibiotics. As a reassurance I requested that the vet write me a prescription for anti-inflammatory in case the pain returned. Drybridge were happy to supply but not happy to write me a prescription to purchase online at a much reduced rate. Previous vets have always been happy to work with me to reduce costs, not Drybridge. My fab dog walker called me in a panic. My dog (a dachshund) starting fitting a first and in her care. I am not registered at the vet but it is the vet of my dog walker. I arrived prior to my dog walker and dog. Clearly in a panic, I was upset and explained to sally the reception the situation. At no point did she show a single ounce of comparison and her unwillingness to help me was astounding. She told me clinic was in the morning and I was unregistered. This is not something I would expect from any vet, let alone a Monmouth Vet! Needless to say this distressed me further and had to drive an hour to my helpful, kind, compassionate and informative vet. Sally you are in the wrong job. Read Less
