orthopaedic surgery;
limb trauma surgery;
spinal surgery;
ophthalmology.
Alphavet is fortunate to be equipped with excellent facilities for the diagnosis, treatment and nursing care of pet animals. The following equipment is available on site:
Three dedicated consulting rooms.
In house laboratory.
In patient ward.
Isolation ward.
Treatment/surgical preparation room.
X-ray room with state of the art digital processing.
Ultrasound scanner.
Rigid endoscopy.

Thank you for looking after my Labrador Storm. Storm ruptured his Cruciate Ligament and had TPLO surgery to repair the damage. Storm has made a fantastic recovery thanks to Russell and the team of nurses. A week after surgery Storm was back on all four paws.

Excellent service and experience from visiting this vet practice. Right from the moment we entered the door the welcome of the staff was friendly and helpful . They were great with the dog as well. I seen Russell Chandler for a orthopaedic opinion for my dog and he was very friendly and explained all the treatment options logically and in an easy to understand manner.

fantastic service - rang 11am for help with my feral cat who was not eating and was unable to get her to surgery - she was collected by 1pm taken away, operated on (tooth surgery) and home by 7pm...

Have taken all 4 of our pets here since they were all puppy's and kittens, never had an issue. Their prices are so much cheaper compared to budget vets up the road and not just by a couple of pound, t...
Have taken all 4 of our pets here since they were all puppy's and kittens, never had an issue. Their prices are so much cheaper compared to budget vets up the road and not just by a couple of pound, there's a big difference! Staff are always friendly and welcoming to! for our one cat as well they've done deals for us as we are up there all the time with her skin condition! This has made it much more affordable for us! The only thing I could fault about this place is the fact they don't have an exotic vet there for replies! Which isn't even a fault but would be great for me if they did as I hate having to take my pets else where :(

Their prices are so much cheaper compared to budget vets up the road and not just by a couple of pound, there's a big difference!
