We have taken been taking the dogs we have owned to Richard for over 20 years. Our second dog is now 12 years old and had an operation last week. I dropped him off and was reassured that he would be well looked after which he was. I was updated on the operation and how my dog was doing via text message throughout the day. I returned today for a check up and the staff there were second to none. Very Caring and advising what was best for my pet. Waiting time in new inn is minimal with the animal needs put first. Thank you to all the staff at Well Pets. The operation scar is very neat and my dog is now home and recovering well thanks to the care provided by the staff. Read Less
